Delicious macchiato with cold foam! This place is a pleasant short walk from where I live, nice spot to grab a coffee, staff are always friendly and it’s always clean.

I ordered a dozen donuts and I was given all stale donuts. The donuts were stiff and dry. You can tell they’re old. Very disappointed since it’s for the office.

I love this location and my order is always correct. However, today the service was horrible. Why?! Well, I selected an option to redeem a coupon offer on the app as usual. Hmm the staff got confused and was like, “you redeemed that already” I went on to explain that the offer was on the receipt clearly showing that the item should be added for free. Idiots couldn’t figure it out. Wow! Don’t use the app to redeem offers because you WON’T get it done. God, the level of incompetence is real at this location New staff for sure.

I ordered online a medium drink and other items as well, and as I got to work and checked inside my bag my drink was half empty and no straw.

I used to visit this location during cold weather but stop going because they weren’t making proper hot cocoa anymore. They were too inconsistent. I only got 1 good hot cocoa this past winter out of the 5 visits I made. I have to visit either the Atwater Village or DTLA locations to get a properly made hot cocoa these days from Dunkin’.

I returned yesterday afternoon for donuts and noticed they hardly had any left. The cashier told me they only get donuts “delivered” at 4AM meaning they probably don’t even make any at this location. At least not anymore. The cashier (receipt says his name is Gregory) looked unprofessional to make matters worse.

This location has gotten so bad that I’m gonna go and say that it’s even going to close down at some point in the next few years. I noticed the lobby was filthy as well. This used to be such a great location when it first opened and it’s the closest location to me. I’m never returning here again.

What amazes me is that companies nearby like Yum Yum Donuts and Winchells Donuts have more varieties of donuts at the same time I visited this Dunkin’. How is that possible when Yum Yum/Winchells sucks? Last week on the same day of the week and same time of the day I visited Krispy Kreme in Burbank and everything was fresh. I even got a free donut for waiting.

I went in for a cold drink and no one was at the counter. I stood there for several minutes, then called out. Nothing. Two people sitting at a table called out. Nothing. But in the meantime, they stole a can of whipped cream from behind the counter. A 4th person entered a few minutes later and I told him I’d been standing there for quite a while with no service. He called out and finally a guy lumbered out from the back. He didn’t apologize for the wait. I placed my order for a frozen chocolate and of course he couldn’t find the whipped cream. The wait was way too long and anything could’ve happened while he was back there… Clueless. If they’re going to only schedule one person to work, they really should have a buzzer or something to get the attention of anyone in the back of the store. Having to stand at the counter for so long is unacceptable.

Honestly employees need training on how to treat customers, really ugly service beside there was not even 1 donut left.

First of all staff is amazing, super friendly. I love their lattes and cappuccino hot and iced. I love that they have substitutes such as almond milk and oat milk. The flavors are good. Seasonal such as pink velvet, butter pecan and variety of girl scout cookies. Donuts I love the powdered and old fashion. Coconut is really good too. Donut holes are great because of the variety of flavors.
