This is what they handed me without out ice. They never told me when I was taking my order the ice machine was down. I had to get off to ask them why was my drink like that. They told me ice machine was down. I told them I wanted a refund and they were so busy I didn’t get it. This place is always slow and the quality is always bad ! They need to get more workers I get that it’s not their fault only 2 girls working on a busy day!

Placed an order on the app to just walk in and pick it up. They said my order was ready when the food was not even done and only had 1 of 2 drinks ready. Then they come tell me they do not have all the ingredients for food, their new special sandwich. When the food did arrive the bread on the pesto grill cheese (their special that they lack ingredients for) is soggy.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a black ice tea, bacon bits, hash browns and got dog thingy. Bacon is microwaveable bacon… Not fresh ♀️ hash browns were good. Tea was rough. No sweetener and they didn’t even ask. I had to honk my horn to get their attention for napkins. No masks nor enforced.
Even after saying thank you to drive thru attendant, she just kept speaking to someone and didn’t even acknowledge.
Place didn’t look too clean either. Which blows my mind because it looks brand new from outside.
Doubt I’ll return. They need additional training ♀️ be better DD.

Unable to comprehend even the simplest orders. I have came here 3 times and every time I received their service it was incorrect and I was given something else because they did not want to go the extra mile to refill syrups or flavorings. This place should not be in business if not even, ONE worker can get it right. Do better for the customers who are spending their money that’s going to YOUR business, Or simply shut yourself down if you can’t get it together.

Been here before. Left a bad review. Wife wanted to go.here for mother’s day breakfast. The food wasn’t good. Paid 15$ to throw it all away. She now understands why I didn’t want to take her here. There is no effort. The food presentation is disappointing and the taste is even worse. I must be coming on the wrong days.

I usually love Dunkin but this location is very inconsistent with the way they make their coffee. The manager whom I thought would have quality control always makes them the worst. The iced caramel macchiato always ends up looking like a latte when he hands it to me and it has a bad taste. He doesn’t know how to make them. Also the iced latte had sugar crystals (not syrup) at the bottom of it. Why did they add sugar? The girls who work on weekends are great they do a great job! But the manager is the one who doesn’t do a good job, go figure.

One thing I will never be okay with is up charge. This location this morning decided to charge for EVERYTHING cream , sugar, whip cream , caramel. A $2.79 coffee should NOT go from that to $5.78! Oh learn how to talk to customers! Because I asked a question there’s no need to be RUDE! Will never come back to this robbery

If I could give 0 starts I would! I called today to ask a question, the lady that answered had a horrible attitude. When we do get drinks here, they are different every single time. The other day, they handed my wife Splenda for our mobile order and said “we don’t put them in”. We visit multiple DD in the area, and not another store has ever done that. More than half the time, they don’t have donuts, even at 9am. I thought that was what Dunkin specialized in, guess I’m wrong

Went through drive through ordered 3 coffee rolls was told only had two. When got to window they had sold the coffee rolls to inside customer. Order two hash browns did not get. They did give six donuts for my trouble for the coffee rolls.

Breakfast was good, pretty fast, a little dirty because they were busy. Did not care for seating because of my disability. It looks pretty but isn’t functional.
