Dunkin’ Reviews

Employees were not that friendly, was handed a cup of ice with about 3 sips of coffee in it (for a medium) and waited 5 minutes for a lemonade after being told several other drinks were out. Underwhelming as it’s the nearest dunkin to me after moving from the northeast. Update: I gave them another go and it was worse? I ordered online, there’s no swirl in my “cold brew” it tastes bitter and there’s grounds in it. I used to work at dunkin so I’m well aware that if the cold brew bag busted you shouldn’t be serving it

This is what they gave me at the window. When they took my order they never told me the ice machine was down. I had to get off and ask them about it
. I asked for a refund and I didn’t get it because they were already helping other people. I know it’s not the workers fault they need more staff on busy days. I had to go to Starbucks and get ice for my coffee!!

They never have anything, ingredients, donuts, cups, the frozen coffee machine is always broken. Definitely the worst coffee spot and worst Dunkin in the area! With all the competition coming in you would think they would step their game up and at least have cups for hot and cold coffee! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND even waisting your time coming here.

The first few times we visited this store, it was decent. Over the last few weeks, the service has went downhill fast! I didn’t know it was such a inconvenience to have the workers add sugar to my coffee. She literally said “can I give you the sugar in because it takes to long to put 10 Splenda in the coffee” ‍♂️ how are you out of donuts at 9am? Or do they just not feel like making more! Then, the attitude that you deal with when ordering, is ridiculous. If you don’t like your job, leave so someone else can do it properly.

Came here regularly for donuts, awesome service always and good donuts. Today we came in for a free drink for a birthday and they were very accommodating when the app didn’t work. Very nice service, good experience overall.

Drive thru service was quick and friendly. This morning the donuts were dry, but my iced coffee was delicious! They made it the way I like it. Will continue going for the iced coffee for sure.

Don’t ever order online, they will mess up your order or you might possibly be ordering a item thats been discontinued for months. when i got there half of my order was sitting up there i had to wait a good 10 minutes just for them to tell me they barley had any of the donuts i ordered so i had to choose what they had left not only that but my coffee was sitting there and tasted like straight coffee, didn’t have any sugar or taste like it had any creamer.

This is what we get when everyone needs help: Places tolerate bad employees. And this place is the epitome of that.
Went to the drive thru and they greeted me by saying “Welcome to Olive Garden.” That’s fine, I can handle a little goofiness. But they followed by not taking my order serious. Everything I said they were like “You want what?” “So you want vanilla, and vanilla?” (there was no vanilla anything involved).
I left, wrote in and corporate said someone from the franchise would contact me within two days. Three days later no emails or calls. So I write back. A few hours later the franchise calls and leaves a message “My DM assured me he tried to contact you.”
So bad employees, and either a lying DM to them or a store worker lying to me, since again I have no missed calls or emails.
Sad because Baskin Robbins ice cream is great, and Dunkin coffee apparently is pretty good.
But not worth bad employees.

Jessica, with the braids, at drive thru was not very welcoming! I received an overheated donut and kolache, also the hash browns were cooked in very dirty grease, tasted really salty as well….. Very unsatisfied!

The drinks here are on point nine times outta ten but be wary ordering any kind of food items. More often than not, they tend to just hastily throw the food together and it’s usually not even warm/hot. Again, drinks are always great!
