Service was pretty good. The employees need some more training. I was given croissant with cold cheese on it. Egg wasn’t too warm either. Coffee was given less than half a cup with coffee other half with foam, you can feel the cup n tell by the weight. I asked the other employee to fill up the cup. Over all the service was good.

I visited on a Monday morning on the way to work and picked up a coffee and a crosaiant, egg, and steak sandwich.

What makes this location stand out is its quality, cordial, despite being young staff. You might expect for the young teens to provide customer service that’s typical of non Chicl Fil A but this morning team has been trained well to serve the hungriest of the morning grunts.

Whether it be morning military, construction workers, teens on the way to summer school, or random Joe’s, the team of three got the order taken and dispatched quickly and without issues.

The entrance on Telegraph can be a bit challenging due to traffic if you are aiming for a left turn; but, a merge lane and relatively accommodating passers-by did not make exiting the venue a challenge.

I asked for water to balance out my sugary coffee and the manager gave me warm tap water with no ice in a cup. Granted I appreciate the free water but I’d prefer cold water. She also almost didn’t sell me my pumpkin latte due to “no whipped cream” thankfully I can’t eat whipped cream anyways. Lack of customer service at this location. The younger lady in drive through was a sweetheart though and The munchkins were indeed delicious.

I placed a mobile order for an afternoon pick up, and expected similar service to my usual location. I was SO WRONG! About 12-15 minutes was the leeway from order being submitted, to pick up. At pick up, I had to navigate around numerous students aimlessly walking about the parking lot, heads down at their phones, while waiting for pick up. Now throw in several cars not paying attention to the flow of traffic for using the drive in, and making whatever maneuvers necessary to pick up kids and then leave. When I made it to the order box, after waiting about 5 minutes for the car in front of me to finish, I said I had a mobile order. They had me pull forward, where I waited another 4 minutes for the person in front to get 2 drinks. When I got to the window, I was asked what my order was. I repeated it, and between the two ladies working at the time, they managed to get my mocha latte and maple frosted to me after 10 more minutes of waiting.
I finally was able to leave after navigating through the pick up and teen on phones traffic. A few blocks down, I tasted my latte and it was nasty! Bitter, old, burned, coffee with a hint of oil or cleaning solution to it. The doughnut was only slightly better, as it was pretty stale. I did not go back because I didn’t have another 30 minutes to deal with their parking lot fiasco, and I honestly didn’t think any resolution would happen. I will NOT give my business to this location in the future.

Many people are looking for jobs. Fire the current staff here and hire/train these other people. I’m a mobile order patron and it sucks waiting in line so long for this stuff. And then to taste my drink and it not be right. This happens way too often here. Starbucks has lines but at least they move and the quality is good. Start refunding people’s money when the order is incorrect.i don’t have time for a non offered remake.

I come here about three days a week and I put my order in ahead of time. Nine times out of 10 I’m waiting when I get there. This morning I put my order in they didn’t get my sandwich right, the snack bacon that I ordered was just regular bacon. I feel like when they have six or seven people behind the counter they should be able to get the food right. Normally I don’t complain but this is an every day occurrence it seems. I think I’m going to find a new Dunkin’ to go to.

I gave this location a second chance, but no. The bakery is not fresh. They obviously resell croissants from yesterday. In the morning I would love to have fresh coffee and a soft croissant. Apparently, it is not the case for this place. And the receipt was not provided either.

Mostly a satisfying experience but this morning trip it was a bit less than. The cashier was new or still in training and the manager didn’t really jump in to help. Despite clearly stating the order 3 times they still got it wrong. Had to wait to re-do what would have been easily discovered by checking the line before sending out food. They are more focused on drive-thru so walk-ins are not given the same level of quality. Corporate did apologize and offer free drinks but the store manager should have made amends while we waited. Will go back but now we know to allow more time amd keep it simple…

The fact their donuts are no longer made in store, but are delivered frozen and thawed out make me yearn for the “it’s time to make the donuts” days. Everything tastes stale. Dunkin has lost a life long defender and gained an ardent critic.

This establishment in particular (just this location) cannot get it under control.
They must be under horrible management.
Their drive thru is always slow and backed up, the emolyeees never want to address the customers in the drive thru and regularly ignore us.
They can never get, at least my, order correct. They always forget something or give me the wrong thing.
I’ve had multiple orders that they gave to the wrong person.
And you never know what kind of seri e or assurance you’ll get. Sometimes they’re helpful and other times they’re just rude.
If I could give zero stars I would.
