I have enjoyed my experience at this location.. What stands out to me personally is the attention from this one specific employee which I believe is the manager. Unfortunately I do not know her name but she really values providing excellent customer service and places maximum effort into giving the attention the customers need. Anything you get from other Dunkin donuts you will get here but it really makes a difference to hold customers value.

This is the best Dunkin I have ever been to, their customer service is exceptional! There is an amazing barista who’s name I sadly forget but she is so sweet and always goes out of her way to make sure your order is correct and your day is made!

At the edge of the town border with gas stations, it’s little too much for the dunkin. People want in and out but with hard locations.

I’m sorry to say but the ladies that make the drinks here do not know what they’re doing. Hire new people because she doesn’t even know how to make a vanilla chai. it tasted like watered down sugar . Not even close to what i ordered. Someone needs to be fired.

Every time I order a cold brew with milk they give me an ice coffee and think I can’t tell the difference. I dont appreciate getting ripped off, give me what I pay for.

Ordered a large iced coffee… even the sticker says large… the cup is a medium. Didn’t have time to wait to argue about it as I was on my way to work. Won’t be returning, even though this is the most convenient stop on my way in to work, and the closest to my home.
