Unbelievably frustrating. The worst part is that I LOVE DD! Ugh… EVERY SINGLE TIME you go to the drive through, plan on a minimum 30-45minutes wait to get from your place in line to the window…REGARDLESS of how many cars are in line. It is absolutely ridiculous and I don’t understand why it takes so long to make ice cream and coffee related products? No joke, the other day we decided to just go in instead of waiting in the line. No exaggeration-the entire line of cars got through before we got our order. Furthermore, parties behind were receiving their orders before us. When we asked if they had forgotten us, go figure-they did!? I cannot say enough about how utterly frustrating this location is. In all fairness, the people are nice there, but it is beyond disappointing-it’s downright infuriating. I try really hard to like this place, but it’s taking bad service to a whole new level. C’mon DD-y’all have GOT TO get it together.

Worse Dunkin ever. Coffee tasted bitter and almost a burnt taste. Took forever to get someone to acknowledge me to even take my order. Had to ask for my coffee, that was just sitting by the machine. And then the employee proceeded to use profanity at me. One of the manager had to tell her to be quiet! I would not recommend this location at all.

I don’t have any stars or reviews because my wife and I stood at the counter 4at least 5mins while 4employees stood in the corner chatting away. I thanked them 4nothing as we left. With the price of fast food going crazy you would at least provide good service. We’ll be back after hell freezes and thaws again. Oops!

Easily the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Food items often come out incorrectly and once I was give ice cold hashbrowns like they forgot to put them in the oven. I don’t think this is any fault of the employees- they’re always so nice and have good customer service, I think the fault is being understaffed. It should not take 20-30 minutes to order and receive an iced coffee. And hot food items shouldn’t be served ice cold. But that’s just my opinion!

I’ve never ate here, or gotten coffee or ice cream but I work for doordash and almost every order I’ve picked up I have to asked the customer what else they would want because they are alway out of something. They don’t seem in any kind of hurry either. Maybe they need more staff or to learn to pick up the pace. Also order more product or get more out from the back. Aren’t they losing money from not getting more out? And customers?

Sadly I can’t leave zero stars. Where to start? 2 cars in drive through. It took 30 mins of waiting and us calling the store twice before someone answered the drive through speaker. There weren’t even that many people in the store either. Ask if they have specific flavors of ice cream, they do. We order them. Finally leave after at least 45 mins of waiting. Two of the three items are massively incorrect. Go inside to try and fix it, they don’t actually have the flavors they just told us they had. Ask for refund, no manager working so they can’t do that. Absolutely ridiculous

Cost right at $20 for 2 shakes!!! Been waiting at the window for 10 min for 2 shakes!! Chocolate and Oreo aren’t special shakes so I’m unsure why they’re expensive and taking so long to make. It’s not that busy and I can see multiple employees working. All of that would b ok if the service of the person working the window had just a small amount of customer service in her DNA!!! ZERO smile, personality, or ability to handle public relations. Other staff members r suffering for this person’s lack of ability!!

What’s the point of mobile order to pick up in store if half the time the lobby isn’t even open? Defeats the purpose of the quick and convenient pick up and having fresh coffee when you have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for an order placed well in advance.

6+ people working and it wasn’t even busy. When it was finally my turn, some lady stepped in front of me and they pretended not to notice. After being unable to figure out the register, I just left. Ice cream and coffee is great but not if it takes 45+ minutes to get.

Waited in line for 45 minutes for 2 drinks. Once I the reached 10 minutes I was ready to leave. Due to the way the drive thru is I had no choice but to wait. There is no way to back out or go around. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Everytime I went past after that the line was always long. I figure the wait is always like that
