I might of been too excited but I love Dunkin’ Donuts I am so happy that they came to Southern California. Since this is a newer business area in Lancaster it is super clean and food tastes great! There is lots of variety of coffees and donuts of course! Drive through and mobile orders on the go is available. Easy fast and cheap but dont forget delicious!

It always takes a while to actually order.
Ordered 2 iced coffees and both tasted pretty horrible, 3rd was made and was worse. Manager came and helped fix the issue. Fresh pot made, all 3 were delish and also got a free ½ dz!!

I go to Duncan’s everyday. The staff there is very knowledgeable on coffee. And you are treated as if you are one of the owners not just a patron. The donuts are top-notch. The breakfast bowls are amazing. And the staff is out of this world.

Pretty yummy. They are donuts right?!? Excellent service. Very friendly. Free coffee samples made everyone happy. Love the different choices for the munchkin donut holes. Kids dug it. Great coffee as usual, and nice, clean new store. Will visit again.

My wife ordered a hot butter pecan coffee they gave her a iced coffee no big deal they made a mistake she told the worker no I ordered a hot coffee then the employee said oh all of a sudden you want to change it …it was rude and unprofessional.

I won’t be back. They are deceitful. They never have taped up my donut box and today they did. They put the wrong donuts in the box and taped it up instead of being honest and saying they were out of the kinds I wanted. Then a girl lied about saying she is the manager. She had an attitude as if I was in the wrong. She told me I could purchase different donuts but they only had cake donuts to choose (which were hard as a brick). Then the refund is not instant so now I don’t have what I wanted or my money. All this could have been avoided if they had communicated that they were out of what I wanted instead of being sneaky. My order is only correct when the handsome male with the tattoos takes my order and this other nice girl, but I haven’t seen them in awhile. Seems like new employees ruined this location.
