Nice DD!!! Clean, well maintained and very friendly and attentive staff. I was having a problem with my DD app, and the cashier was very sweet and patient with me. She was able to help another customer while I cleared things up. When I returned, she still had my ordered queued and completed my transaction.
So refreshing to see staff that really care about the customers.

Being from Cali, I hardly ever get a chance to go to DD. Well. Aside from the coffee being bommmmb, the donuts are yummy and the AVOCADO toast is now my problem cuz I’m addicted. Try it with the tomatoes. Omg!
Service at this location is amazing. The kids they hire to serve outside are amazing and polite. You can’t go wrong with this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A+++++

I recently saw this location after the plaza cut down some of the trees which was blocking the view from the street.. I used the curbside pick up option and the ladies bringing my order are always very pleasant and bring out the order in a timely manner.. next time ill try to drive thru since customer service seems pleasant here..

Horrible customer service and awful- manner staff! We were trying to correct the person at drive-thru when she said Small latte because we ordered a Medium and she replied “I know”. The guy at the pick up window slurred “Ching choeng” (we heard it more than twice) as we pulled up then proceeded to take our credit card and disappeared without saying a word. When we asked the other staff about it since we gotta get going for a long drive to Key west, we were told that the machine at the window didn’t work and that they weren’t gonna steal customer’s card. Guy at window came back and while handing the card back, he sneered at me and squinting his eyes almost like he was trying to imitate the Asian look then laughing with his coworkers as we drove off. The whole experience left us extremely uncomfortable. We hope that Dunkin Donuts would pay more attention to their customer service and educate staff to eliminate their biases against Asian community.

Good coffee and donuts but the other day I saw two lady employees pocketing the money from the tip cup! I hope management does something because those employees work very hard back there, I come to this store frequently.

Dunkin’ Donuts is not as good as it used to be talking Donuts don’t taste fresh. I’m disappointed almost every time I go here.
