Came here with my husband and daughter on a Saturday morning. There was couple in front of us making an order who left frustrated that the store was out of everything they asked for. My daughters chocolate milk was sour and expired, after looking into the fridge for more milk there were others which were also expired. If I hadn’t tried the milk my daughter would have drank the sour milk and gotten sick. She would never be able to tell me as she is non-verbal. Unacceptable! Our bacon, egg & cheese on a plain bagel has not yet been made as our daughter was almost finished with her donut. The wait time with all the bodies in the kitchen and behind the counter was absolutely unacceptable. We waited so long I finally asked whether our food was ready yet. The boy looked at me and rudely answered “your food will come when it comes” finally after a few more minutes of waiting—along with others who had either wrong orders from drive though, or just like us waiting for their food—my husband asked where our sandwiches are. Another worker asked what we had ordered we told him, to which he replied “we don’t have plain bagels” again, totally unacceptable! They made them on whole grain, which were pretty dry and gross. The whole sandwich tasted so bad, I’ve gotten this same sandwich for years from DD’s all over the US and this by far was the worst tasting sandwich. The napkin holder was empty of napkins, the store looked dirty. Tables not wiped and someone behind the counter kept burping loudly—this happened three times and the female manager said nothing. Every customer in the store looked at each other mortified each time the man burped. Every workers face was sour or annoyed. Needless to say, we will never come back here again. I’ll give Starbucks my business from now on.

don’t put donuts in the bag icing side down. why would you do that?? how does that make sense?? if i wanted a donut with no icing i would’ve ordered that.

I live down the street and I love avocado toast. I so desperately want this to be my breakfast location, but alas my dreams are over.
Every single time I come something is wrong. Y’all I’m not ordering anything crazy… Hot latte, half sweet.
The first couple of times it was so overly sweet that I had to make coffee at home to add to it. Next came the half cup. Look I’m not paying $6 for half a cup of foam. So I decided to start asking for no foam. Simple solution ♀️
Nope. This girl just tried to explain to me what a latte was and how impossible it was to take off the foam… like none of us have ever heard of a spoon. What?!
Not to mention, can we break down the the difference between a cappuccino and a latte? I’m not gunna… but I really wanted to…
So I explained to her why I was asking for what I was asking for.. and told her simply to put drip coffee into the cup on top of my latte and we would be good.
I don’t know if they remade it or what happened… But it took way too long for it to be a top off. Then when I opened the cup it’s cold and full sugar.
I give up. It’s too expensive to continue to not say anything and I don’t want to feel like a Karen every morning making them remake my coffee ♀️

The older blonde heavyset lady that is always working the drive thru is TERRIBLE. Its completely unacceptable to sigh when a customer tells you their order or when they ask for something at the window. She is so rude I don’t know how she even has a job working there. Horrible customer service. Drinks are constantly inconsistent. The icing on the donuts is always wet and they stack the donuts on top of each other in a bag so theres just icing everywhere.

When your coffee maker has his hands in his sweat pants then handles your coffee cup and putting the lid on that’s not sanitary! This is a good industry! Flys on the open air donuts.

We’ve been to this location a few times and the coffee has been really good and consistent. Mariah who works the drive-thru is very sweet and makes getting a coffee here enjoyable.

Purchased one black coffee and one coffee with Splenda and cream. Both coffees were wrong and, the English muffin with sausage and egg was cold.

Hands down, I think Dunkin’ Donuts is better than Starbucks. Our orders have never been wrong and the service is always amazing. You can customize drinks and there’s plenty of food items to choose from. We cannot stop getting their frozen coffees! Best of all, no matter how long the line is, they are fairly quick.
