Without a doubt the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. There are a maximum of 2 employees working at a time, one back of the house cleaning things, and one taking the orders and making the orders and prioritizing all online orders over anyone in the dunkin. I have had to leave a line of 2 people multiple times because it was taking 15 minutes between customers. If you are in a rush or absolutely can’t stand slow service, avoid this dunkin.

Very hit or miss location but lately more misses… this location is seldom open at 5am as advertised. Staff seems visibly annoyed when customers are trying to give them business.

It’s not fair the management won’t hire more people. It’s always just one person, which she does amazing. It’s not fair to the employees who come in and get slammed. If management would just stop mobile orders if they will only hire one person for the morning it might be more manageable.
I won’t be coming back in this store if I only see one employee. It’s not fair to them.

I walked in & the cashier walked right passed me to go outside with her boyfriend (it appeared to be). As she walked out the door she told another cashier to take my order. She didn’t, so I had to wait for her to come back in after her boo-loving session. Sad! Not to mention my breakfast sandwich was made so fast to the point where my bacon wasn’t even done. Choose a different location.

Only one person working when we visited but he was killing it! Took the time we waited to clear out and take over the Pokemon Gym nearby.

Very friendly staff, responsive and helpful service. The drinks I ordered were great and standard for Dunkin’ fare. My only minor gripe is that there is no dedicated parking, so you may have to drive around a bit hunting for street parking if you are not using the curbside option in the app.
