Regina was simply excellent.
I’ve been searching for the experience I enjoyed at this Dunkin for months and finally found it.
I’ve been to other Dunkin stores just trying to buy a small decaf coffee and there was always something: no coffee, employees on the phone, they were closing (an hour before actual closing time), etc…
This time, it’s about 6 or 7 pm, I enter this store and Regina greets me as soon as I enter and gives me a warm, genuine welcome with a smile on her face and asks me for my order.
As soon as I place my order she confirms it and says those beautiful magic words: I’ll make a new pot for you.
I was so thankful and told her about my previous experiences with other stores and we just started talking about all kinds of things and simply had a great conversation.
She definitely made my day and now I look forward to seeing her again when I go back.
I should probably mention this is not my first time going to this store and I’ve always had a good experience there.
The manager (I can’t remember his name, but if I’m not wrong he’s from Bangladesh) has always treated me well, too, and we also had a nice conversation a couple of years ago.
Anyway, excellent experience overall and highly recommended.
Oh, and the coffee was so good!

Great location compared to the other one close by on federal. But please please PLEASE have more than 1 person working in the afternoon/evening. I totally understand them needing some time to make drinks and take orders however people do not have time to wait 20 mins for a drink

It’s Dunkin. Not like I’m expecting a ton. But I know Dunkin is very busy at 7:30am so I preordered my food on the app while I was on the way so that they could get it going. I come in the store and it wasn’t ready. Waited in a long line, ordered my coffee. No one is making the food. Once the one employee started to make food, she began making all the orders after mine. She made orders from people who were in the store behind me in line. She made mine last, because it was an online order. Placed 20 min before all of these other orders. People were getting their coffee before me too who ordered after me in line. I added a star because the employees are generally pretty nice here, BUT this location has a major issue with completing their orders IN ORDER.

After 25 years in hospitality food and beverage I am disappointed in dunkin donuts support for their own team members watching her do all the work while walking past her without offing help. Ray is the name of the ROCKSTAR WORKER WHO IS GIVING IT HER ALL. WHILE OTHERS WATCH.

The entire order was screwed up and trashed. Looks like someone threw the order on the floor. Paid for priority but order took forever to prepare.

Food was better than expected. Enjoyed the avocado toast, just wish I asked about the toppings. For those allergic to sesame make sure you ask them to skip that topping.
