Worst Dunkin’ Donuts i ever stepped foot in. Unfortunately i live in the area and every time i go their closed. But google says their open at 4am. I been there multiple times at 6 am and they are never open not even a soul in the store. They need to have new management for this location

Broward and 441 Dunkin Donuts, this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. I don’t like coming to them because they be playing around, they get rude, and they never answer the phone when you have to call and tell them they mess up. I will travel out my way just to not go to them, plus they are higher than the other dunkin donuts. I asked for a bacon and egg no cheese croissant, they gave me a bacon and egg no cheese on a plain bagel. the receipt said croissant and the bag says croissant. This place is truly sad, and need to get it together. I will stick with the regular dunkin i use.

Absolutely rude. Their sign is out and lobby is closed. I kindly ask for a few minutes while I try to look up their menu. I know how indecisive I can be and there started to be a line. I said I’m sorry I’ll drive around. The woman on the speakers responce was a very rude, “please do cause you’re running up my time.” No suggestions or asking if I needed any help. On top of that it looked very dirty on both the inside and outside.

DK was located in Hollywood as you come of the highway decided to stop get coffee..ONLY coffee (I have been DK client since forever and I go to the one by my house every weekend) the worst coffee ever! The coffee apparently was left there for a long time, it was bitter, and just terrible. I literally had to throw it away entirely…Horrible experience definitely will not return to that DK

Coffee and WiFi baby!! Snacks and workspace. Casual and friendly. On South Florida there’s a Dunkin Donuts on every corner thank God!! They have good sandwiches too. Iced coffee specials daily.

Horrible attention, don’t come ever to this place! There was a miscommunication when we order the food, we specifically asked for bacon egg wrap NO cheese, they order the wrap with only cheese, we tried to tell them as soon as we saw the receipt (only cheese).So the manager comes to us with a nasty attitude “that everyone heard it was only cheese”, “we’re going to make them throw away the food” It’s not my problem if they heard the wrong order! They can’t force me to eat it they way they think.. Who treats a customer like that anyway? I order every Sunday the same thing.. WE’RE DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK EVER TO THIS PLACE.. Who know if they’ll spits the food after this? Would you trust to eat food after someone’s yelling at you? What kind of attention is that? Who put that woman in charge of that place? They don’t have any type of customer attention
