Have been to this location many times. Pumpkin flavored iced coffee was tasty. Donut was not moist, hopefully better next time.

Every time I place an order at this location, something is always wrong. A few weeks ago I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese wrap. When I arrived at home to eat, they put one wrap inside the other and I was unable to separate it due to the melted cheese. This morning, I ordered a Large Hot Latte, it’s printed on the sticker, and I received a Large iced Latte. This shows the lack of care the employees have at this store which is completely unacceptable.

WANT TO GIVE NO STARS Place is dump, never good service, I stopped going there years ago cus of bad service and filth, went there yesterday reluctantly to pick up a coffee at the request of a friend, nothing changed, walked out cus the guy mopping was tp busy to help us. to his credit, he did yell for help bet regrettably the request was answered with “I’m on my break, you have to do it” not going to return EVER!

I cannot express how disappointed I am. I ordered two ham and cheese melts on sourdough. Was told that there was no Swiss cheese which I told told them was completely fine. I get home and see it’s an over cooked piece of bread with ?cheese? Looks like mustard on the sandwich. The bread is literally a hockey puck. Will absolutely not be returning back. I thought about going back and have it remade but I fear I’m going to be laughed at just based on this joke of a sandwich. On top of that they forgot to provide the donut that I paid for as well. If you are looking for convenience, good food this dunkin is not it.

I came a quarter to 6AM and it was closed, doors were locked even though there was someone inside. Lady wants to act like she didn’t see me attempt to open both doors, didn’t even acknowledge me nor have the common decency to let a person know that the location wasn’t open yet, she just rolled her eyes acting like I was the one bothering her when I’m the one being inconvenienced by coming to this location that states its suppose to open at 5AM. I just wasted my time, don’t waste yours!

What I love about this particular Dunkin’ Donuts location is that they really try and for the most part succeed in fitting into the neighborhood coffee shop category a title that who knew could ever be bestowed onto a DD location. The outdoor seating area is very welcoming and inviting to say the least. #americarunsondunkin

Do not order a “complicated” order.
And by that, I mean any breakfast order which includes any sides (hashbrowns, snackin’ bacon, donuts) – because they WILL forget something and screw the order up.
This has happens more frequently than it doesn’t, as the people preparing the order do not pay attention to the details.
Have been coming to this Dunkin for about 5+ years now, and in the last 1-1.5 years the staff running it do a horrible job in this respect.

unmotivated employees, location, no hot coffee, charging machine not working, each order I chose the employee said he didn’t have it, I was in doubt if he really wanted to serve me, I will never come back here again, so sad

Love this place… the energy of the staff is SUPERB… they always look happy and give me a great boost to my attitude – more than even the great coffee! 🙂
