When you frequent a place it can be hard to rate. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it just plain sucks. Like yesterday our donuts frosting was barely there, they looked melted and the coffee (iced lattes) didn’t taste right. But majority of the time it’s fine.

Coffee everyday, so I know the staff by name. They are wonderful always takes great care of me. But the management at this location (Hart St. Dyer, IN), is awful, they NEVER have told the staff that they have gotten good reviews. Not acceptable.

Was just at your establishment for some coffee, I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato with two shots of espresso. I didn’t try it until I drove down the road, ITS COLD! What did you do? Mess up and think oh he will never know? Seems as if you made a cold coffee and then put it into your hot cups! Absolutely disappointing that I can not get a good, consistent cup of coffee from this place. Sucks!! Try harder!!

How hard is it to mix and serve hot chocolate? Twice now I’ve ordered this for my fiance and twice the result has been a half inch of chocolate sludge at the bottom of a cup of warm water. Seriously– is the concept of stirring a lost art?

Long drive thru lines @ Pekin DD. I don’t really get why it is an issue with them?? That said, I am 1000% willing to wait. Their Coconut Refresher and Coffee drinks are to die for. Plus you can get
