I go to this specific location EVERY morning! They make the best coffee and the staff is so sweet. The drive through is ran smoothly and I always get in and out quickly. Regina is the manager at this location and she is amazing and keeps this location running efficiently! Highly recommend this location above all other locations in Dothan, Al.

I have been here before and had multiple bad experiences, but it has been over a year so I was hoping maybe they had new staff or something and I decided to give them another chance. Well of course that was a bad decision. To begin with, I went to the drive through and they asked if they could take my order. While I was in the middle of saying my order, they rudely interrupted and said “you need to hold on a minute” and then I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes before they finally came back to take the order. My baby was in the back crying at this point so I was already on edge.
Keep in mind I was literally the only customer. There was no one else in the drive through or inside.
I told them my order which is pretty simple, and iced coffee with mocha and coconut flavor. Then he said “we out of those”. Then he proceeded to list about 10 more staple flavors that they were out of. At that point I was just annoyed and said forget it and left. They were rude the whole time and incredibly unhelpful. I don’t plan to be back.

I absolutely LOVEEEE their iced coffees! Well, when they make it correctly. That is why they get 2 stars! If they presented themselves, mainly, as a coffee shop then they would get more stars. Since they are a donut shop and their donuts, as well as every single other menu item that I have actually tried, are absolutely HORRIBLE, I give them 2 stars!

First time trying their breakfast. Was not impressed. Small portions and food was barely warm. Coffee wasn’t bad though.

I’ve only used the drive thru here and order the same drink/s every time. The customer service is always top notch even when there is one person working due to the hiring situation. Management here must be on the ball for the employees to be so good at their jobs and to be so courteous to customers. Kudos to you all as a new customer I’ll continue coming back to this location.
