Two days in a roll I have come here in the Wetumpka Dunken Donuts for ICED coffee. The pictures is of the coffee . I see no ICE! Now I understand the ice machine is down but I also seen them carrying ice in. To allow a ICED coffee to leave their window with no ICE is unacceptable. The answer I get from the manager is “Sir, you could have asked for more ice. ” I mentioned it to the young lady at the window and no mention of oh I’ll get you more ICE. Poor manager skills and poor communication to her employees . Do better . I spend a lot of money at this store. I do not recommend this store .

I have been labeled as planning all my trips around where DD are located. I love them. My most recent visit in Wetumpka, AL had me worried when the individual taking my order and gathering my donuts had his required hatvisor on, yet his frizzy hair was passed his hat and covering most of his face. I knew there was going to be hair all in my donuts. HOWEVER, I found no hair, my donuts were delicious as usual, and I am a happy person to have a DD within my reach.

I order the same coffee every time I come here and every single time it is made different. I dont know what is so hard about consistently making a coffee. Last four time the coffee has been nasty, please dont come here for coffee just make it at your house.

The driver thru clerk misplaced my debit card. They then argued with me. I parked and went in to speak to manager where she didn’t have time to talk to me. Called corporate got a call back but no follow up call or anything about my card

It’s good when they have supplies in stock, but they are usually out of common things like ice, vanilla creamer, common donuts etc.

Teenagers are running this place into the ground. Very rude, unwilling to offer help, left us sitting at the window after being told multiple times we have an app order, they pointed and talked about us then each one by one came to look at us like we’re on display, one of the girls advised there is no manager on duty which explains everything… this was my last straw, coffee is never great anyways.

Went around 3 pm. Did an online order. Staff was very rude. Basically threw all my stuff at me and walked away. The donut was good. But my coffee was horrible. I ordered a caramel latte with oatmilk and stevia. It literally tasted like they took black coffee and added oatmilk to it and that’s it. Definitely need to retrain them on how to make coffee drinks. 🙁
