Went for a medium hot coffee and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. They had no bagels and brought me out a cold ice coffee. I was gonna buy a donut with the coffee but then they brought a ice coffee. I just asked for a refund because it really really was not what I wanted. Just not a good experience 2nd try at the DD.

Always love DD. Always hot fresh coffee. Awesome donut selections and never disappointed. I always stop for some munchkins or a jelly or if I want a breakfast sandwich the maple bacon croissant it out of this world.

Not a coffee drinker but wanted to partake early this morning. Looked online, picked my items. I walked all the way there from my job and was greeted with a sign on the door: Drive thru only including Door dash, Uber Eats, etc. So disappointing. Lost a potential new customer.

It says they open at 3:30am. The cashier said it will take hour for the coffee to be ready. Wondering if they gotta to the store or the farm to get the coffee bean and the dairies. I worked at Dunkin’ before and the cashier telling me it will take at least an hour for the coffee to be ready is very interesting.

Ive never had a bad experience with the donuts or how they make my coffee. Its always great. The only downside abt this location for me is the staff. They always look like they don’t want to be here and don’t really have good customer service which really sucks bc I love dunkin

The staff here are simply complicated and try to ruin peoples day. They get difficult with the orders and then they don’t complete your order correctly. I don’t understand why work if they are going to have attitude and try to ruin peoples day. Weird Dunkin’ Donuts!

The wait to order food was Terri le. A few people came in and walked out cause no one was there to give service. I asked for assistance and was told to wait cause she was planning sausage.

When this location opened in GP but something changed. Food quality down. And customer service way down. Long waits for food. Way long. I thought maybe it was an isolated incident so gave another chance drove up 9:38am ordered one coffee and egg wrap. Paid. Wait. 9:43am Then told to pull up It’s going to take a while. 9:45am. That’s right still not ready. I asked for refund. Please management help them.
