First off absolutely in edible food. Then the general manager Melony said the only way to receive a refund is to come into the store regardless of the validity realize the gas prices are ridiculous enough and the only solution that you would present is “come back into the store” no help provided beyond replacement of only the food in question. No extra “here allow me to offer you a replacement and refund or something of similar” just a really bad way to take care of your customer base.
I’m not sure what the game plan is here but serving food that’s burned beyond being able to eat is not the way.
Dunkin’ maybe donuts and coffee is where you need to stay at.
On a side note the coffee was good.

Very yummy chocolate munchkins (donut holes) and coffee at a great price! Tried the cake batter flavored frozen coffee. It was alright, but I love the mocha way more. Nice staff.

Fresh donuts came out right around noon. The glazed fresh was amazing way better than crispy cream. My kid who also only eats the top of donuts downed the WHOLE thing! 2 in a row! So good!!

Very clean and fresh. We love their iced coffees.
We broke down in their parking lot and the manager let us have a few extra munchkins while we waited for AAA.

Just opened and are having some hurdles. Weekend mornings, especially Sunday, there is quiet a wait. They gave me extra donuts my first time through. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because of being new. I will update review if need be. Drinks and food have been good! I have been three weekends in a row and the wait is the only negative but that may only mean a lot of people want Dunkin’ ha.

This place was great. The young guy behind the counter was super cheerful and repeated my order to make sure it was entered correctly.
He also helped me decide on an iced latte and explained the difference between espresso and regular coffee.
Even the dunkin packaging and straws were colorful and cheered me up.

Tried them for the first time ever. Took a drink of my coffee and spilled all over me. You should watch your lids you are putting on your cups. Mine was defective. Can’t drink out of it. Ruined my hoodie. If this doesn’t come out when I go to wash it y’all are replacing my hoodie. No napkins for the donuts.

I come here often and it’s usually a pleasant experience however whenever I ask for less ice I either get less product or EXTRA ice! Sometimes I get the right amount of ice if I don’t say anything about the amount of ice. Today I asked for less ice and I could barley get the straw all the way down. I bought a retail cup ( it was super cute and the price was great!) and I poured the liquid into the new cup and left the ice in the cup it came in and this is how much ice was left. This is ridiculous! Too much ice for a normal drink and WAY TOO MUCH ICE FOR LESS ICE.

Have not been there in weeks. Stopped in today ordered a Blood orange refresher, they gave me a Blood orange with coconut milk. It was way not to my taste, I dumped it out. I’m not angry as I know they were training a new person, but won’t rush back to get anything else.

Definitely one of the weirder coffee experiences I’ve ever had. It took over 15 minutes to get a large black cup of coffee. (No orders were in front of me). No sugar no cream nothing fancy, I was amazed. The gentleman at the register was completely clueless while three other individuals gathered around counting the tip jar/talking about how they were going to spend each of their $2.50 in tips received. To be quite honest I am surprised that they raised that much money for the lack of service and professionalism I witnessed. I honestly thought I was in the twilight zone. Will not be back
