I’m pretty sure they don’t read their orders. I SPECIFICALLY asked for DECAF coffee with a couple of pumps of vanilla. Seems simple enough, yes? I got caffeinated coffee with tons of caramel instead. Of course I didn’t realize the caffeine part until I drank more than half and got sick as heck! Here’s a pic of the cup. That wasn’t what was in it. Be careful.

First time at this location and last..
Order a breakfast sandwish and donut… Received within a 1 minute. Arrived home to discover a burnt and soggy bread… unedible

I asked for blueberry glazed donut, they were out. I asked for strawberry sprinkle donuts, I got plain strawberry instead because they were out. I asked for croissant egg & cheese sandwich, they were out. I ordered an egg & cheese wrap sandwich instead, and they were so burnt and dried up on the corners. I had to wait till I got home to break off the ends so my daughter wouldn’t choke on them. And the cheese was so burnt I thought it was fried bacon, but it was actually cheese. I showed it to the woman who served it and she didn’t offer to do anything about it. Picture says it all. The worst service I have received at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I gave one star because they swapped the strawberry donuts for chocolate sprinkles.

I was here in the drive through a few days back and ordered donuts. I forgot to order a drink and when I reached the window they said I have to come back in line to order a drink 1 drink only. This is not the reason I gave it 1 star.. wait for it ….
So I took the half dozen (they were out of Boston cream) a mix and match box, and went home. Opened the box and 1 donut seemed like it was broken or some one took a bite. U can see in the pic posted. I called the store 2 to 3 times and the phone continuously rang but no one answered. So next time if you buy any food at this place, please check to see no one took a bite before they pack.

You constantly get coffee orders wrong. Where did the other manager go? The nice one? This location has gone downhill so fast! I asked for a hot and got this iced mess. Look at the whole coffee bean in my coffee. I thought it was a bug and almost barfed. What if I choked on it?!?!

At granddaughter’s request, went to get donuts. I recall Dunkin used to be great but these donuts were awful. Not only did they not taste good, but they were cold like they’d been refrigerated at some point. Waste of calories and money. Girl who took my order seemed way bored and put out. Go to another place or you’ll be disappointed. If you only eat donuts occasionally like me you want something edible.

Ordered Avocado toast with no seasoning. The bread wasn’t toasted at all and had barely a smear of avocado on half. Not even as much as most people butter their toast. No frozen coffees for over a month and orders are consistently wrong. They used to be so good when they first opened and I kept hoping they would improve but seem to be on a downhill slide.

Went in Monday AM @ 645 am. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich but was told at the drive thru that they weren’t serving food that morning. I clarified if they were serving donuts or no food at all. Ordered a dozen assorted. Pulled up to the window to see employees all standing around talking to each other. No one seemed super interested in serving me. No greeting, no apology or explanation for lack of hot food. Not even a thank you. I have never been to this location before. Most likely the last time I’ll visit this location even though I now work right down the street and open but donuts for coworkers and patients. Disappointed with my experience.

This location is pretty decent. It’s my go-to in the morning when i head east for Highway 75. I give it a 4-start because there’s a time that i orderd an iced coffee and got charged for it but I had to remind them that i ordered one after they gave me my other items while they thought that was it. They had to rush the iced coffee and i had to wait 4 more minutes.

I’m usually in an out pretty quick but lately I swear some of the employees probably remind themselves to breathe because they will zone out. I watched the employee mentally void of thought stare into nothing and then shuffle around abunch of coffees with labels. She passed me what I thought was my drink, about 300ft up the road I realize it’s not mine and turning around would accomplish nothing. (I don’t know who’s order i got but getting skim milk at dunkin?? you’re a terrible person)
