They appear to have gotten some new staff, I believe Brian was his name, he was so friendly so polite he got my order completely correct the first time my coffee has never tasted better want to give a huge shout out to Brian and the rest of the Dunkin’ team thanks for making my morning guys and gals

I walked inside and waited for 10 minutes and never got acknowledged. I went to the bathroom, and came back, and flagged down someone who was in the back. She just looked at me and pointed at her headset. I turned and walked out the door and drove through the drive-through and asked, if they’re not serving people in the lobby anymore. She said she was busy helping people in the drive-through in a very rude tone. She wasn’t interested in helping me at all she continued to be rude and hateful, and I told her never mind I didn’t wanna bother her anymore and I drove off. I’ll NEVER go back to that location. Even if they are short staffed, that’s no reason to be hateful to people. All she had to do was tell me when I walked in that she would help me as quickly as she possibly could. I would’ve understood and waited.

I use to love coming to this Dunkin but the service has declined dramatically. The lady taking orders ALWAYS has an attitude as if she hates her job. I hate being “That Person” but I have to check my bag before pulling off because my order is always wrong these days. It’s so disappointing.

Some people just do not belong in the customer service business! Like the young lady working the drive thru window this morning at 8:50. Handed me my coffee, took my money and closed the window. Didn’t say a single word. When at sat there for a second to make sure my payment on the app went through, she reopened the window and gave me a dirty look. Wow, perhaps another industry other than one you have to interact with other humans would more more suitable, like maybe farming or a mechanic. Maybe look into joining the Navy. Maybe you were just having a bad day…? If so, I hope it gets better! 3 stars because the coffee was as it’s supposed to be.

Where to even begin. Horrible service honestly. Lines are super long and slow. Even if you go inside to order, it takes minimum 15 mins for a coffee and 2 bagels. You would think they could at least make the food and drinks properly but no. Bagels are always stale and burnt and the coffee always tastes old. Workers are always wasting time and slouching around on rush hour . Needs new management or NEW LOCATION

Excellent food, donuts, and coffee as usual but they need a management upgrade. Long lines are typical and expect to watch the least efficient queuing process while you wait.

Everyone is super kind but someone needs to hire the Chick-fil-A consultant for a more efficient ordering process.

We arrived a couple minutes after they opened and they didn’t have glazed donuts, bread for a sandwich or chocolate milk. My latte was made wrong and after all that the 3 donuts we did get were dropped haphazardly into the bag leaving no way to take them out without getting covered in chocolate. These donuts were also cold as if they were in a refrigerator. I would think a few minutes after opening the donuts would be hot or at least warm. I’m seriously disappointed in this place.

I use to love Dunkin’ donuts. Unfortunately they have ruined that. The level of service has went down. I have the same complaint as others. The food is absolutely terrible now. I ordered old fashion donuts as usual. I swear the donuts tasted like they were a week old. (My opinion) They definitely were not fresh. My iced caramel machiato should have been made with almond milk. But it wasn’t. (I’m not stupid I can tell the difference) LITTLE ROCK DUNKIN’ DONUTS YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

Jasmine that works in the Rodney Parham Location is rude as hell I visit this location frequently And I ordered the same thing every single time Jack Jasmine felt the need to make herself loud and being known that she had a problem making my order the way that I chose to do so. The attitude neck rolling and eye rolling won’t get you anywhere sweetheart. Management needs to realize that this young lady hates working here and maybe you should let her go due to her attitude I will never return

The food and drink are generally good; however, the location will close ahead of posted hours and they are regularly out of items. This is most unfortunate when you order on the app as you cannot cancel and it’s difficult to get 3 and 4 year old to understand substitutions.
