If you like Dunkin, this is the only location that gets it right for me everytime. Come here. I’m specific with my drink order and bagel, if I can get away with it. The thing is that when you go somewhere that has good service, like this place, you can get it your way. Other places, you’re lucky to get it at all. I like my bagels extra toasty but not totally burnt. It’s a fine line. These people get it right. I like my iced coffee with exactly 2 pumps of caramel and standard cream, no sugar. They also get that right.

The people working here seem to have a very friendly atmosphere amongst themselves, and that spreads to everyone who comes in. Very refreshing, I wish more places were run properly enough such that their employees are literally happy.

1 star is just for the service cashier. I ordered my food at 7am Bacon Egg No cheese on everything bagel, sausage egg wrap, hash brown & a hot coffee. The service was good but the bagel was soo hard, the sausage with stinky & the hash was little burned. How come the bagel can be hard if they make fresh everyday. My order was $12.08 but it wasn’t worth it. Next time I’ll definitely check my food before I leave this place.

I asked to speak to the manager, which they had none on site. The way they have the glass doors set up, my daughter who is 6, walked right into the glass window and busted her lip. The least they could do is have a decal of some sort, it is definitely tricky to see a door on the other side of a glass window.

Even repeating my order twice over, they still managed to mess it up. From this point onward, I’m going to have to take my order apart to make sure it’s correct when visiting ‘any’ Dunken Donuts.

Staff was friendly. Appreciate the attentiveness. However, iced chai latte could be better. Basically drinking iced milk. Other than that they are okay.
