Worst service…ever! Tried to order the egg/cheese wrap and and the girl got frustrated with me because she kept asking if I wanted it on bagel or corrisont. Next cashier was absolutely rude and annoyed that she had to take order. Received burnt hash browns had to go back to ask again for sweetener. Just rude service and poor food! Never again

I used to love coming here till I keep getting burnt hash browns that are hard as a rock and stuck together, then I get this sad sandwich…. Too many kids working here that don’t care.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, or even review at all. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from a Dunkin Donuts. They didn’t ask us if we want sugar, and when we asked them to add it I could hear someone start shouting and screaming that this wasn’t part of their service. When I confronted them about it, I was told that they don’t have to ask if we want sugar for a Cappuccino. I will never be back to this terrible location. What sort of workers shout and scream about customers, and didn’t even seem to care that we had a complaint. I wish I could rate less than 0.

I would give it zero stars. They didn’t give my coffee in the order. I had to ask twice. The crew acted like jacka**es the whole time. I couldn’t enjoy my meal. This place needs new management if they can’t control their loudmouth staff.
Edit: It’s been over a months since I wrote this review. After I wrote this I also emailed corporate. I do this not to get people in trouble but to help other customers and also the company itself. They were nice in the email and said the manager would contact me. Never happened.

I avoid this Dunkin location. The wait time is AWFUL, unlike anywhere I’ve been before. I waited 35 minutes before getting to order once… I refuse to get breakfast here anymore after the multiple incidents even though it’s very close to our home! Recently, my husband and I decided to stop & get coffee around 2pm. Only 2 cars in line ahead of us and we waited 10 minutes before the 2nd car could even place their order. We left. Food is average, coffee is OK. Not worth the wait!!!

Terrible service! Never have I ever been disrespected by an employee. The people at the counter and drive thru window are the face of the company. The drive thru employee gave us so much rude attitude. If you don’t wanna work, don’t come to work. Leave your personal issues at the door. Missing things out of our order and most of the food was cold.

At first this place was great .. now im not sure what happened. There are a few rude employees and i hate to say it but more than often it is the young high schoolers that i alwasy have issues with.. dunkin donuts right? 2 in the afternoon and zero donuts ?? Not coming to this one anymore i have been disappointed by them to many times

I came thru the drive thru Monday August 15 around 1130 and ordered 2 munchkins in boxes of 25 munchkins each. The chocolate box had 25 in it, but the glazed donut hole box only had 16 donut holes in it.

Aside from the guy taking the order over intercom this place is a joke. We had asked for a caramel swirl frozen coffee. The girl who gave us the drink told us to try the coffee as she wasn’t sure if it had caramel swirl in it or not. I tried it, low and behold it didn’t. We asked for a new one. The manager came over already defensive that “she made it herself and it had it in there, but typically we’d ask for you to pay the extra of you wanted extra” hands waving. Obviously it didn’t even look like there was flavor in there if the worker had us try it. I understand they’re busy, but if something isn’t made right, shouldn’t that be fixed? I do not recommend that anyone go there.

The guy at the speaker taking orders was goofing off and taking like a robot or computer or whatever. It made the ordering process very frustrating and took twice as long as it should have. I was so annoyed and thrown off by him acting like that, that I forgot to order my daughter’s chocolate milk. When I got to the window, I asked to add the bottle of chocolate milk. I was told that they could not add anything on during rush hour (10:40am on a Thursday ) I told them that it wasn’t like I was adding on a sandwich that took time to cook, or even a drink that had to be poured/mixed… it was a bottle of chocolate milk! He said sorry, we can’t do that. I said, well then I don’t want any of it, and he said “ok”. So I left. I wasn’t going to wait in the long, slow line again, or go inside. So we left and went somewhere else. Awful, awful customer service!!
