I’ve been trying to make contact by phone with this store. I placed a mobile walk-in order. I ordered the sour dough sandwich with turkey sausage and added tomatoes. This sandwich cost almost $7. What I received was a sandwich with bacon. I do not eat pork and I had to give my sandwich away. Read the label on the top of the box.

Five times I have ordered in the app to make the order clearer, even so they have always given me something wrong, or they charge me for an extra product that I have NOT ordered, today they gave me some donuts that were not exactly the ones I ordered in the app
Due to an error in the application there were no drinks left, so we ordered them at the drive thru and they gave me the wrong one, not more than a month ago I came to pick up my order, I have an accent when I speak English because it is not my first language, Even so, I have a fairly good level and in all the restaurants they have always understood me and they have given me what I ask for, but it was not the case here, when the girl who was attending as soon as she noticed my accent began to speak quite quickly, I told her that I was going to pick up my order, they always ask me only for my name, this time she asked for my last name too, I told her and she remained silent, I asked her if she needed to know anything else, and she yelled at me telling me in a very bad way that if I didn’t understand I should go to the window, when I got there I was a bit far away, so I had to open my door and this girl told me that apparently I don’t know how to drive in this country either, something that really bothered me, I just took my drinks, tried to see her name but she covered it with her hair, has she had some braid extensions in her hair, I don’t give more details about how she is physically because I don’t want to be the one who looked bad when talking about her physique
Finally I think I’m giving up on this branch, I tried to give you an opportunity in person (the only good experience I had during the winter of 2022), but since then your attention has been getting worse, I just hope no one else experiences these situations

They need to change the name to just Dunkin cuz their donuts suck. At least 2 days old hard crusted donuts. Looks like someone massacred these. Stay away from the donuts and iced coffees only. Never will visit again.

Dunkin on Shawnee Mission Parkway has really gone all out decorating for Halloween. Favorite Dunkin location – always clean, friendly staff and Jamie is very customer focused. Great location south side of Shawnee Mission just west of Quivera (on Charles).

Great place for doughnuts and most the time has friendly service that’s quick they have good management at this one but would be better if they let Samantha be the general manager cause she is nice and professional and I think the store would do better with her running the whole show still keep up the good work Also store is usually very clean and sanitary Great place to take your kids. Plus they give my dog pup cups which my dog loves. Doughnuts are almost always fresh and delicious

Changed up my favorite Buttercrunch/butternut donut! I will keep checking back for it. One of the employees said someone else was making them. Hope they come back with the original crunchy coating. The new version is a bit mushy. Otherwise great place to bring the kids on a donut trip!

I’ve regularly gone to this dunkin for a couple months and I have never had a good experience. Every time I order online or go through the drive thru, part of my order is missing or my food is cold. My coffee is never made right and I order the same exact thing every time. This is the only dunkin I have been too that must not know how to make snackin bacon, 99% of the time the bacon is completely raw. I am very disappointed and will not be coming here again.

This location has an unusual drive thru where you go through the drive thru that’s shared with a cleaners and around the building. But the service is good and the coffee is hot, and that’s all that matters. Though I do wish they had an updated drive thru screen that shows your order for accuracy.

Best services ever they help find what doughnut I was wanting drive thru is fastest I’ve seen for a doughnut shop. Food was phenomenal I’d take it over and other doughnut shop all day every day. Best services I’ve had in a while. Had some memories there I might never forget. Go here if you are in the area. And lots of good places around after you eat to go to.
