I’m not sure why the lady had an attitude when my drink was made incorrectly! Ahhhh it tastes gross like can I get some frozen coffee with my vanilla I should have just got my money back! Every Dunkin’ makes the same drink different it’s very annoying!

If I could I would go without leaving a single star, the workers in drive through can’t even comprehend a substitution on a drink order. I realize it’s fast food, so it doesn’t take a computer to understand, just a worker who can listen and comprehend.

I wish I could leave a zero out of ten. This establishment never gets orders correct, never puts cream cheese on my bagels, I tried to order a simple signature drink iced with brown sugar cold foam on top and it was 5 minutes of trying to re word it and them just not even listening because they kept changing the order to different drinks instead of just following what I said.

I had to wait here while my car was at a local mechanic’s place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was quick even though the drive-through was busy. It was clean and I had a comfy chair and little table to myself. They are changing their menu, so be prepared for that. 🙂

The orders are never right. Something is always wrong.
Want extra cream cheese…they’re gonna make sure the put so little on it you can see through it.
Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and got a burnt bacon egg and cheese BAGEL instead.
Why would you serve a burnt anything to anyone?

I just came in for a few drinks for my family and the way i was greeted through the drive through was so nice! When i got to the window unfortunately i didn’t catch her name but she had really bright pink hair, she was so nice she complimented my car and style. She made really nice conversation and listened to me after i had a bad day, she also offered ways for myself to have a good night i thought that was so sweet and above and beyond. A worker i think her name was casidy also was very polite she also complimented my car! Not only that but i saw the other two workers working on my drinks, one had a cool among us yellow pin and the other had a blond and brown hair bun tied up. They were very quick and efficient with it and they tasted amazing!! Usually when i come in mornings for my drink it’s always too little or to much. Def coming more at night! Needless to say they all made my night, i cant wait to keep coming at night to those people! So professional and definitely on top of everything! I hope they read this when i say thank you so much!!

I usually don’t go to this location. But when I do, I can always assume something will be messed up. Today was no different. I asked for a powered donut. It had quarter sized amount of powder only on the top. Not that I care for much powder anyway, but, how can anyone feel good about the product they are putting on the shelf when it isn’t even a finished product. Does anyone care?
