Just got my ice coffee and it was the wrong flavor… not a good way to start my day on my way to work. You only have one chance to get it right when you have people rushing into work in the mornings and you have the Walk In closed so people can’t come back in to correct it.

This location is most certainly one of my favorites. The staff is amazing and always alert. I usually come here every other day before work.

The sausage egg and cheese breakfast wraps are soooo good. Very affordable price. Grab 2 or 3 plus a coffee or iced coffee and your tummy will be so happy. Very much worth it.

This is a convenient spot to get coffee, but I stopped going to this location because the staff constantly park in the accessible parking spaces and the adjacent access aisles. It’s always the same cars and none have accessible parking placards. I’ve complained about this several times but nothing has changed.
The pictures I am posting on this review were taken on two different days. They’re the same cars both times.
It’s really disappointing that they just don’t care about customers with disabilities who need those spaces to access the store and they don’t care that they’re violating the law.

This the only one that I like going to which is at least 3-4 times a week. They Always get your order right, polite, and ordering ahead of time is always good to me being you just go to the drive thru window passing all the other cars and they usually have your order right there.

Service is incredibly slow, only one car in front of me and it took 15 mins to get thru drive thru. I wish this was a one time occurrence but it’s any day of the week at any time.

Worst customer service ever, I came in today to only stand and be walked by 5 times. The girl at the front never asked me if I was ready, ignored me waiting to place an order. Instead she walked in my face to take online orders and not worry about the customer standing in front of her. Even the guy mopping floor called out and asked who’s running the front someone wants to order. With people like that working their who would rather walk by the customer and not do their jobs, they shouldn’t even have a staff. Will never go back here and it’s said because it’s a place that company uses daily when we are out in our truck deliveries. I strongly urge people to not use the Lake Avenue Dunkin Donuts. Waste of time and if their customer service is that bad, I can only unaligned how orders get messed up or worse. How your food may be nasty or made the wrong way.
