Never been here before but the EFFORT they put into my drink has me blown away, I’m always nervous to go to a new Dunkin’ but the way they made my drink…Beautiful! Chef’s kiss fr fr and the cashier was dope with super great vibes, 10/10 will go here again!

My partner and I had a great experience here today! The cashier was outgoing and he made it very pleasant to give us time on figuring out what we wanted to order. The croissant breakfast sandwich was great, the hashbrowns were fresh, and the donuts were awsome. We also got two free breakfast sandwiches because we had to wait for our hashbrowns to be made. But they gave us free extra sandwiches for being pleasant customers. Ill definitely come back to this location.

Food was fine but customer service wasn’t, when I asked for a straw the girl in the back said “oh he must be from RIT” first of all I’m just a regular person who works not goes to the fancy rich school. Excuse me for caring about the environment? Keep your comments to yourself because reusable straws can be as cheap as $1 and has nothing to do with one’s background.

I love my double cupped espresso but it definitely had grains in it but the cup was so cute! The food is normally cooked correctly and not over cooked like some other locations.

Did a mobile order because I was late for work and I specifically clicked walk-in so I wouldn’t have to wait in the Drive-Thru lane. I come to the store and the doors are locked, they told me it’s Drive-Thru only and it was not mentioned in their app, Google maps, or their website. I couldn’t cancel my drink and was late for work

Every time I go it’s something wrong with my order and I go often because it’s on my way to work this is what I got today and not what I asked for.!!! Bacon does not look done and it don’t look like sweet black pepper bacon either I asked for regular egg I don’t know what this is

Only ever had one kind employee who didn’t act like he hated his job. Everyone else doesn’t say anything if they even say a WORD! Mess up orders. Slow. It’s a mess. Get it together on Lyell.

Went there this morning just after 6am store was dark no one in sight. . The online hours say they open at 5am. So disappointing.
