I just declare myself a big dunkin’ fan. This location is so good. Customer service is an 10/10. Food and drinks are always fresh and delicious, you guys need to know that you’re our saviors every time we need some caffeine to continue with our job. Thank you! And happy iced coffee day ☕

It’s a hit or miss with this Dunkin, they barely have anything. Lack of communication with customers. I don’t write reviews about fast foods or coffee shops. I feel like it is what it is. But these employees are too sneaky. I got a burnt bagel. I went there asked for a green tea with sugar, they gave me black tea no sugar, they removed the little tap that identified the tea. Because I was in drive thru I didn’t realize that until I got to my destination. But I’m a tea drinker I know the difference between green and black tea. I didn’t appreciate their sneakyness. That’s why I’m writing a review.

Also there was a hair inside my pumpkin donut which is DISGUSTING.
Lines are always slow and long.

Another Bad Delivery Driver Experience….

I’m a delivery driver and usually I don’t have any issues with this particular location but this morning I did. I went inside and waited at the appropriate location for pick up. I noticed the order on the counter still being completed, which is fine.

What is NOT ok is the fact that when I was asked if I was waiting, once I said DoorDash, it was as if the entire mood changed. I then watched as 3 other customers came in, placed an order AND received their order while the order im picking up continued to get cold(they ordered breakfast sandwiches and drinks).

The only thing that was missing was one drink but instead of making it they continued to make the other drinks for walk in customers instead. I even set a timer on my phone and after 12 minutes AFTER scheduled pick up, I unassigned the order, left and filed a complaint with corporate.

So this is just a message/warning for delivery drivers if you decide to do a pick up from this location, I suggest you decline and wait for a different offer from a store with faster service. Unless you are a walk in customer that is, you will be treated with priority then. It’s clear that walk-in and drive thru customers are treated better.

Have no idea why people would buy stale sugary shitbucks coffee when there’s a dunkins near by. Coffee always taste fresh, food is great not frozen and microwaved. Plus I love the skibo location because Milla is the cutest coffee girl around.

Just went there and ordered 2 avocados roasted tomatoes toast with added bacon and when i get home all i had was a toast with avocado… luckily i was hungry and ate it but the employees should make sure order is correct.

Put granulated sugar in my ice coffee and not liquid sugar I’m really not a fan of crunchy coffee
Also my friend asked for Splenda and she has granulated sugar in her coffee as well. She’s only allowed a certain amount of sugar per day.

The 1 star is for the Golden Peach Refresher i bought. I had high hopes of this drink but as soon as i tasted it omg i thought it was nasty, i didn’t even finish it. The customer service was good & fast though.

Chaos.

35 min wait for a box of Joe. That’s it, just coffee.

What I witnessed was a breakdown in team cohesion that had employees arguing in front of the 20 or so of us waiting inside, spilling drinks, making incorrect orders and being completely overwhelmed by a pretty standard Sunday morning.

It was such a complete mess it was funny to watch. Although if you don’t have 30+ minutes to wait, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
