Our favorite spot in Fayetteville. Fantastic coffee every time? The avocado toast with tomatoes will change your life

It was about 8 am and we stopped to get breakfast on our way out of town. We could see 5 cars in the drive thru so decided to walk in hoping for quick service as we were the only ones in there. There were 4 employees we could see working but no one came to help as they were focused on the drive thru. We ordered and the girl has to ask us three more times what we ordered and it was : one whole milk we carried to the register, 6 glazed munchkins, 1 plain bagel not cut or toasted, one donut vanilla frosted with sprinkles. I think the poor girl must have had a lot of voices in her ear from the communication system so she couldn’t focus on us. We drove down the road and opened the munchkins (supposed to be glazed) and they tasted like cinnamon (cross contamination?). Well the plain bagel was good and so was the glazed donut.

I am very sad to rate this low because the girl at the cash register and manager working with her were both so sweet. I ordered hash browns for me and my boss, a donut, and blueberry muffin. The hash browns made my boss and I very sick, we immediately were running to the bathroom after we ate, and the donut I ordered had a long hair stuck under the icing. I am too afraid to eat the muffin now.

I’ve been holding off writing a review for while only to give them a fair try. Unfortunately, I cant give this location a “pass” any longer. Flavor profile on drinks are inconsistent (one day it’s good, the next is “meh”) food tastes ok, but the bread feels and tastes like its been sitting out over night. And finally, the espresso machine is broken.. again. Last time it broke, it was down for about 2 weeks. The staff is friendly and kind and in no way their fault for this review. But I’m no longer interested in visiting this location again.

North carolina isnt big on ice coffee, tget dont take it seriously, I’m a new Yorker that’s what we do, they dont like to give extra syrup for when the ice waters down the drink. Customers are not always right.

I used to cook donuts for Krispy Kreme I was considered a production specialist upper management said I was the best they ever seen but I never really liked Krispy Kreme donuts even though I ate them I’m a Dunkin’ donuts guy I see the change they made in making their donuts but when I buy their product in the evening the donuts are always old and glaze is running that’s because the storage boxes it’s not keeping them fresh you know throughout the day may I suggest to you a smaller frying system in store off in a corner just like Krispy Kreme where someone can keep donuts fresh and at a particular time of the day you should have a hot light coming on where you’re running donuts hot and if you happen to have too many donuts over at the end of the day try giving them to the homeless as a tax write-off instead of throwing them all in the dumpster for donuts by the millions like we did at Krispy Kreme you’re not going to last too much longer going up against Krispy Kreme the way you do business you’re not changing with the time fast enough then that you change the way you cook your donuts you got to change the way you serve your donuts your donuts should not be tasting kind of stale in the evening take that free knowledge I’m giving you and change your company’s life today

I asked for a toasted croissant and got a soggy one with the butter dripping not the way they should make them. Or when I ask for the butter on the side the butter is frozen. Please do better guys

I stop here almost every single morning on my way to work, and always make sure I order ahead – usually about 10 minutes before I get there. Never, and I mean never, has my order been ready by the time I get there. Every single time I get pulled up and told to wait for a latte and a bagel while I watch 10 cars and drive through behind me get there items immediately. When I do finally get my latte it’s almost never correct. I recommend driving out of your way to go to a different Dunkin.

My husband and I just left this store and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a business. The drive-thru cashier and the food service worker preparing the order displayed an attitude as though we were interrupting their time. At the time we placing our order she was acting as though we were asking of too much their time. The food service worker preparing the food shouted in a rude manner “y’all need to move over there and I’ll bring y’all order out”!. NEEDLESS to say we CANCELED our order. There are too many Dunkin Donut stores to support rather than a store that obviously could care less of our patronage.
