Worst dunkin you can ever go to or order from. They complain when they’re wrong which they have been wrong everytime I had an issue with my orders. Just ordered online and I guess because I used my reward and got charged for cold foam, they decided not to put it on my coffee and charge me for it…rather go up the street to the next dunkin donuts way better service and always makes amends for their mistakes…I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn’t happen so often that a regular customer like myself would complain and write a review for the first time…..either get better employees or guide them to a successful path for everyone

Donuts never fresh in the am. They sell day old donuts at full price. If you want fresh donuts you have to specifically ask if they are fresh and then they may go into the back to get you one. They also frequently mess up the coffee order. No sugar means NO sugar! This is without a doubt the worst DD I’ve ever visited.

horrible customer service . the workers need to be replaced to be very honest . i cant understand what exactly be wrong with some people . treat people how you would want to be treated . & if you dont want a certain job , maybe dont work there .. ? its a million ways to get it nowadays .

Everytime I make my order in store or through the app, this location can’t seem to get right. My food was not made correctly. I will be going to the other D.D. down the street from now on!

No customer has to deal with attitude and bad service! The coffee was so bad I had to throw it away and buy gas station coffee. Gas station coffee actually taste better without the negative energy. Save your self the trouble and go elsewhere..

Absolutely disgusting inside – dirty, slippery, greasy, etc.
The staff talk to each other excitedly when serving the food – getting the donuts, scooping the ice cream, etc. and they’re not wearing masks. If they are, they’re not wearing it appropriately. Then they’re not sanitizing nor Washington their hand in between food services and cashier service. If they’re wearing gloves, the gloves are dirty. It is absolutely terrible at this store. Where is the trainings, supervision, etc.?! UNSANITARY & DISGUSTING & UNPROFESSIONAL

I ordered a flavored vanilla coffee coffee and when I went to the pick up counter the employee asked me if I wanted 3 or 4 squarts and I’d never ordered that before so I didn’t realize you had a order the amount of squirts you wanted When I explained this to her she asked the cashier why he didn’t ask me how many squirts I wanted And he said she didn’t say anything to me about how many squats she wanted. I took my coffee and left.

tell the over weight little pit-bull to check her attitude, looks like she doesn’t want to work there same with a guy with spiked hair, FIX YOUR NASTY ATTITUDES, messing up orders and everything, and taking their sweet time when there is a lot of people in that dunkin’ donuts. If i see them again i’m reporting to the manager, don’t even feel like eating my ice cream I lost my appetite, she has a scarf wrapped her head, short, droopy face .
