Such a bad place only one person to attend this that’s no fear I fell so bad for the employee they have to deal with crazy customers

I was denied service today 09-02-2022 @ 9:15 AM.
I finished shopping at Publix and decided I wanted a bagel for breakfast. Drove to this Dunkin Donuts as it was the closest one to me. I got into the parking lot and saw what looked like three cars vying to be next in line at the drive-thru. If you are familiar with this plaza you know what I mean. I figured my chances were better at the lobby and parked my car.
I entered the lobby and see a female customer waiting for her order and a male customer placing an order. I stand behind him. He moves away and I am next in line. Female cashier walks way.
Waited a few minutes. Both customers are gone with their food and I have not ordered yet. Waited a bit more, no cashier. I find her asked her if she is coming back. she made a “one” gesture with her hand. Immediately after, I man with a light blue shirt approaches the casher station and this is our conversation:
Light blue shirt man: Is your order easy?
Me: (Confused) I am sorry?
Light blue shirt man: Is your order easy? Because we only sell easy orders in the lobby
It took me a few seconds to process what he was saying
Me: I only want a bagel and coffee
Light blue shirt man: (looks at me like I am crazy and does not say anything)
Me (Piqued) Never mind, I guess that is too hard.
Not at any moment did he elaborate as to what an easy order entailed.
I think the next sentence is pertinent to the story and provides context. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my right knee is painful and swollen although I do no let it stop me much. I just live with it. So after light blue shirt man just stared at me, I turned around and limped my way back to my car.
Second important thing and the reason I think I was discriminated against is that both customers, cashier and light blue shirt man seemed to be the same race.
One last important note, this is the first time in 40 years I felt discriminated against.
Long story short, do not come to this place. You may be denied service either because of your skin color or because they are too lazy to prepare your order

Ok I’ll keep this simple! I went to visit today 05/20/22 and asked for a drink without fair I requested almond milk and I didn’t get almond milk after have leaving I noticed this and before leaving I asked the young guy working “are you sure you put almond milk” he said he was sure and my drink didn’t taste like it I’ve been drinking almond milk since 2015 I definitely know the difference and I want to say I’ve been vegan since 2016 and I feel the associate didn’t respect my order “almond milk” and I’ve seen at times the tickets that’s printed out based on what you order may not be what they put and this is my last straw I will be relocating where I spend my hard earned money from now on and please to management speak to the night crew. This location lost a loyal customer for sure ✌

Dunkin Donuts might not be a gourmet experience, but Its difficult for me to be disappointed with a breakfast sandwich, specially one on an everything bagel. Add to that a great cup of coffee and the convenience of DDs everywhere and that means you might catch me there if you stop in for breakfast. And Guacamole toast? Have to try it.

The most important warning I give everyone is on the freshness of the donuts. One would think that an establishment with the word “donuts” in its title would go the extra mile to ensure that their customers have a pleasant, positive and memorable experience when they consume the product the company is so named after. After all, it’s not Dunkin’ Coffee, is it?
Apparently not.
I purchased a dozed at around 11:00 am. The hour of the day is relevant, I read. The glazed donuts could not have possibly been baked that same day. Or the day before. Like eating a sugar coated piece of cardboard. The rest of the dozen, not as horrible but definitely not fresh.
Second thing to watch out for; The drive-trough line is a mess. The vehicular space in that part of the plaza is very narrow and cramped. They have no clear indications of where one should start the queue for the line. As a result, it is very easy to have someone cut in front of the line. I’ll leave it up to the reader to imagine the ensuing drama that often results from this.
If you still want to brave it, I recommend you park and walk in for your order. I was out in less than five.

Good donuts price, but there are a bunch of kids running this business… And if you are going to break their giggles moment and require attention, theyll make sure to let you know by providing an awful service. Don’t like to deal with attitude and immature mess, I’ll have to look for another store

This store closes late like at 10:00pm and every time I go pass 6pm there are no more Boston creme donuts ♀️ and when you do get some they are hard as a rock! They treat you so rude I will drive myself to Krispy Kreme even if it’s further just for good donuts . I even ordered through the app I ask how do I cancel this the guy says I do t know anything u have to call corporate.

This place is ridiculous. Staff are rude and unpleasant. I just went to the drive-through 6:39pm and the two staff that were working one lady very rude with no customer service AT ALL. Literally told me to go back in line to place an order because they simple did not answer the speaker for about 5 minutes. I went back and then they said “they only had three donuts left” . This is beyond ridiculous. I know fast food restaurants but this is not even the quality of a corner cafeteria.

I’ve been buying from this store for months now and this is the first issue I had. Hours of service says until 10pm. I placed an order 15 min before to pick it up at the drive thru. Once I arrived, the lady said “we’re closed”. I mentioned that I just placed an order online and she said again, “we’re closed and we don’t have anything for that order”. So I said back that I needed a refund and her reply was “you need to do it, I don’t know anything about it”.
As a customer service clerk, that person needs a lot more training. It’s unacceptable that she responds like that. At least offer a similar product for the same price or tell me come to the window so I could be helped. But none of those happened!

Everytime I come to this location I’m always treated rudely. It appears that almost everyone who works at this location doesn’t want to work. I placed a mobile order and the girl says through the drive through WITH ATTITUDE “next time you need to place the order with more time before you show up”. I always place my order while I’m pulling up to the location in order to ensure freshness. It’s happened on various occasions that I get my coffee and food cold from ordering too ahead.
