If I can rate this place a 0 I would. The one that attended us at the window was very annoyed with people. Food that I ordered was burnt and disgusting in how it tasted thought it was better than what it is said to be. But I don’t recommend this one on university. Disappointed!! The hashbrowns smell bad and are burnt.

Staff was friendly but I only ended up getting 2 ordered items correct.

I ordered a hot black tea with milk and sugar, 2 glazed donuts, 2 strawberry sprinkle, and 2 chocolate glazed and a kolache. I ended up with 2 glazed, 2 chocolate sprinkle, 2 chocolate cake, the kolache, and a normal black tea.

Sure, it’s partially on me for not checking before leaving but I’ve never had an issue at this location before. Holiday weekend or not, you gotta do your job peeps.

I purchased three coffees. The lady making our coffees named Jessica coughed in her hand then coughed in her shirt. She continued to make our coffees. I asked if she could wash her hands and remake our coffees since she coughed in her hands. Jessica’s response was aloof and like she was unaware she coughed in her hand. She then went to wash her hands in a condescending manner. While washing her hands in the back I heard her talk to the general manager about my comment on washing her hands. This was very unprofessional. The food and coffee are great here but the hygiene, cleanliness of staff, and professionalism of the staff is poor.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in Lubbock.

Always have excuses. There frozen drink machine has been out of order for more than 3 weeks. Last two times I have been here when ordering donuts they said someone recently came in and ordered two dozen donuts so they no longer had the donut I ordered on the app.

People don’t want excuses. Instead offer a solution or a compromise otherwise YOU will continue to lose business.

This is the absolute WORST location in Lubbock.
The employee’s are incompetent in any form of customer service. If they can’t make it don’t have anything you order from the app they don’t have any solutions to resolve it. Don’t have large cups? We will give you 2 mediums, coolata machine down, we will give you a milkshake, you want a refund to your gift card? You have to have your gift card ( can’t be that you loaded the card through the app). I don’t know if this is just the managements issue or the fact that this is Summertime seasonal employment, but these last few times I’ve gone to this location I have been extremely disappointed. Luckily there are 4 other coffee/donut locations in the area.

I was second in line, and somehow it still took 40 minutes to get my order from the window. Is it usual for Dunkin to prioritize customers inside over the drive thru? Absolutely ridiculous. Many people drove away, I chose to stay even though it made me over 30 minutes late to work. My order was small, and to top it all off, I didn’t get half of it. If you are this understaffed, you should probably just close, not make your customers pay the price. Had to go back in to get the rest of my order. Employees playing on their phones and making customers wait so they can text. Let’s need not forget their terrible attitudes. I will not be returning to Dunkin.

Went through there Sunday morning. Ordered a few items and forgot one of them, so I went to go inside to avoid waiting in the long drive thru line again and the doors were locked. I waved at a girl upfront through the window and she just waved back and 10mins later she finally came to see what I wanted. Still not letting me inside, she asked what I needed and I told her what they forgot and 10 mins later they brought me the small hashbrown I requested before.

I’m done with this location, until the employees learn to read what they are making or get more training. I order a frozen coffee with caramel swirls. Not caramelized milk. I watched her make it and complained when I got it. I just got a stare back and no answer. I’m glad my food was fixed right. So after this I’m done for a long while.

Very early this morning, I parked and a lady employee was outside, I ask if it was okay to go inside. She very politely said yes, I said thank you ma’am. So I’m going in and the same lady appears behind the counter, I told her that was quick! I ordered two different breakfast sand.’s and 4 “Old Fashion” which I constantly call “Original” lol! I told her how up in the far Northeast there use to be a Dunkin’ Donut on every corner! Trucking…
The food was prepared and brought to me hot and a friendly face to go with it! I will be back!!
