Hello officer? Yes, I’d like to report a human rights violation. Yes. Yes, they threw the donuts into the bag face down. Yes. All the frosting came off on the bag. No, nothing between the donuts to prevent adhesion. None of the order was correct either. Just random donuts I didn’t order. Gas station quality at that. My stomach feels like a hate crime and – no, no officer. What? No. By hate crime, I mean bad. Hate crimes are a bad thing. Yes, I’m sure.

It’s surprising how a donut shop doesn’t know what donuts are. If you do an online order, make sure you get what you asked for. I swear they have a wheel spinner and that’s how they decide which donut you get, regardless of what you actually ordered.
Coffee is okay. Light ice = more milk, not less drink. Thanks for putting a medium in a large and charging me for a large.

This was the dirtiest DD I’ve been to & i hit’em up all the time in Chicago, thought how good it was to have one here in Madison unfortunately not the case. Food, paper, remnants of wax paper, & dirty floors. To top it off when out of donuts on shelf just leave the paper hanging just utterly filthy! No return from me.

The thing I like about Dunkin Donuts is the fact that they have included healthier items to their menu…beware when leaving the store that you’ve gotten the full order, the right items, plastic wear and napkins as well as straws!
I’ve had a lot of mistakes at the Gammon store as well as Park St. with constant changing of employees, this store is ALWAYS busy no matter the city or state I’ve visited!

The worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I don’t usually do reviews but everytime I get order from them something is missing or the wrong item is sent. Its a roll of the dice and this is absolutely the last time I will order from them. I ordered four items today and got one. The receipt was attached w/all four items listed. Thankfully DoorDash refunded my money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They have the biggest group of incompetence employees working there! Sat in line for 15 mins for the line to not even move. Come to find out there drive thru speaker wasn’t working, so instead of coming out and making that known, they just allowed people to sit in line. Finally people started pulling through so I pulled up to the actual window, the employee standing there, sees me and proceeds to walk away! I get it, technical issues happen but to allow a line of 10+ cars just sit and wait without advising people your drive thru speaker is broken is terrible.

I literally ordered a small hot black coffee and they managed to get it wrong. Gave me iced instead. They remade it, to their credit, but that’s literally the simplest thing you can order.
Wait time was also pretty bad.

Donuts were food and iced latte was served really quick. During the afternoon time, the place dies down quite a lot and the number of donuts are slim, kinda makes sense since everyone prefers their morning coffee.
Place was clean and their was an okay amount of seating inside, along with several outdoor tables as well. Can’t complain about the quality of dunkins but it wasn’t anything too spectacular for me. Drive thru seem like it’d be very busy, as you have to go past the drive thru to get to the back parking lot.

Not happy with the service this morning. Was in the drive thru 4th in line and had to wait 20 min for them to take my order. Staff was rude.

For a $6 drink that’s not coming out of any of y’all’s paycheck, you’re REALLY stingy with that matcha powder. I just got served a $6 cup of whole milk, there’s literally no reason to go here over Starbucks anymore.
