As long as you are human being you should try this life-changing croissant!
This is my favorite place to go when I was pursuing my lofty mathematical goal at Buffalo!
Superb professionalism are they! The white boy with charming cute beard & mustache is just so cordial and versatile; he can manage lots of things well and keep smiling. The old Latino women who usually resides besides oven always reminds me my grandma and she can juggle the heating machine and sliding this and that like a circus performing before the “audience” in an impeccable way! The other guy worth mentioned is a girl with thicken black glasses whose official proclamation can penetrate through entire restaurant and of course whose preparing skill enters in the state of art! Another guy that stand out to me is an African-American girl who will spent much of time on the counter with her delicate braid hair. She is always welcoming and easy-going, knowing what the customer needs!!!
This is our city of good neighbors — Buffalo!! I’ll never forget all these great time I had when I was pursuing my degree here!!!

They really gave me half an egg, half a piece of sausage on the wrong bagel . Haha. Could be worse I guess.

No drive thru at this location – connected to Delta Sonic – used the app went into the store to pick up order. It was waiting for me at the pick up location. Ends of the bacon were burned and had a charcoal taste had to snap those off. Otherwise everything else was as ordered.

OK service WHEN staff is available lol. I don’t know if it was because of the time of day ( around 4:30 on a weekday ) or the workers were just hiding in the back, but after finding a manager to ” dig one of them out”, believe me the attitude was none to pleasant. I am sure I either interrupted a nice conversation or a nice phone session uffff! Either way I felt UNwanted for sure.

I luv Dunkin-!! Just sad to know they’d rather throw food out when they mess up your order than to just let you keep it. TSK TSK Jordan. I’m not made for food waste with 5 kids as I know what it’s like to have no food or money to shop with. And she seemed to have a attitude! SMH

Customer service was mediocre – no smiles, no greetings. Also, the order was done incorrectly. The coffee and tea was delicious – that was the saving grace.

Everyone here is mostly nice, fast and the food is great. Wish they kept talking to employees to a minimum since it’s always going on. I don’t need to hear how they got drunk, made out with so and so etc Everytime I go in.
