We ordered ahead for pick up but the order wasn’t ready. We waited 10 minutes for them to make it. The drink was goid.

I just left the lobby of the dunkin donuts on Simmons, and this was the most unprofessional place I have ever been in. To start, i have a 10 year old son who wanted Dunkin Donuts, but I am driving a large truck that is to large for their drive through 90 degree turn, so we went inside. While standing in line I hear the employees arguing about someone taking a 40 min bathroom break, the angry employee who’s complaining about everything is also pacing back and forth with his face mask pulled down below his chin, breathing his hot breath all over the donuts. Then after standing there for 10mins listening to all of them arguing, he comes over to tell me and another lady that their going to close the lobby because their short staffed. Once I explained I cannot fit my truck through the drive through, he walks away with an attitude and loudly starts talking about how he told us the lobby is closed but we’re still standing their, and he’s cussing while telling this to another employee, then shoots us an annoyed look. I get that they might be short staffed, but maybe stop pacing back and forth complaining about everything and try working. My son wanted 1 donut, that would have taken 30 seconds of his time, but instead we ended up leaving because my son said he could tell the guy was mad. How sad is that, that you couldn’t do your job and made a 10 year old feel uncomfortable. I will never go there again!

We don’t eat here but my niece wanted a donut so we went. They were out of literally everything. The worker was so kind and helpful we left with goodies and were super happy!

Horrible service was treated very poorly. I’m a grub hub driver I received a ping saying order ready for pickup I could see the order and politely ask for it and I was told I will need to wait with a nasty tone. Waited patiently but no order was giving to me so I left… Sorry but my time is valuable can’t wait to long.

The worst ever, $8 for a “strongest coffee with expresso” that’s sugar water and burned hash browns… No ketchup or napkins. Yeah happy Sat morning to you too bu**heads

Went there this morning 6-30-2020 ordered two egg and cheese wraps and two bacon, egg and cheese croissants. Wraps were burned so bad. Went back got a bagel and it was like rubber. NEVER AGAIN

Their espresso from this store taste horrible and sour. Sorry to say but it taste like old watered down espresso. It almost made me puke . Don’t recommend. I’d rather go a couple miles more for a better Dunkin’ , like the ones on Craig. The management for this store needs to step it up and train their crew properly. Their crew has great customer service, but oh man NOT THE COFFEE. ‍♀️

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Placed order, got to the window and my order wasn’t in. Was told to go around and park because they just got my order.
Waited more while they closed the lobby.
Finally got my order handed to me at the door. 30 minutes total for a dozen donuts and 1 coffee.

Dunkin just lost my business, I’ve been going to this location for years and it hasn’t been so great the last few times but today was just horrible, I waited 10 minutes in drive tru for a badly made iced coffee, aI aske them to add mor creamer and they “ supposedly “ did I drove away had a sip and it was the nastiest coffee, I went inside the store to asked for a refund and the employees argued with me like if was my fault the coffee was nasty. bye Dunkin’ this is what happens when you employ young people and don’t give them the proper training.

This morning I stop to get information in regards to having a fundraiser for our school and our soccer team I was told to sit in the lobby and wait for manager to come 20 minutes past and because I thought that they were busy I decided to tell them that I will come back another day and wanted to know what day & time was best. One of the employees was completely rude and said just come whenever you want another day. Manager never came up and said what day and what time was better for her or anything at all. Will definitely not come to this location ever.
