This is the best place in Toledo! Everyone is friendly with a great attitude and management is amazing. I normally go to the drive through but today I walked inside and seen how hard everyone was working as a team! I don’t see any other fast food place in Toledo working this hard and I think they could learn a lot from this place. I am addicted to their everything bagels and pumpkin/carmel coffees. Yum!

Drink and service was great. Drive-thru is made for small vehicles. Do not go through if you have a pick up or larger SUV. Dine in was closed, im guessing staffing issues

I have been a regular customer for almost 4 years now and whether going in or at drive through it has been always Courteous customer service. There is a female attendant who knows most of regular customer’s orders by heart, very impressive!

Went through the drive thru and they upcharged my order for no reason. $5 for a bacon, egg, and cheese that’s supposed to be $3.59? I’m not only mad, but disappointed.

The donuts were fresh unlike another location the only problem is that the drive through is narrow and it’s hard with a big car and there isn’t much parking place when it’s peak hour

Drive through staff was quick and courtesy. Definitely worth going out if my way to go back to this location. The employee seemed surprised by the tip. Good service at a coffee shop deserves a tip.
