We only started going to this location because it’s literally within walking distance of our house. But time and again they would get my aunts orders wrong. And they were simple orders too, nothing ever complex, and they would still get them wrong. Most of the time my drinks were okay but lately they’ve been lacking on mine too. So I’m not sure if it’s the training or the little kids they’re hiring there but I think that some of their area or regional managers need to come in and supervise for a week and see how horrendous it’s become. I mean I’m all for giving younger people a chance at a job but at least give them the proper tools and make sure they’re ready before you give them the reins to a store. Will finally be taking my business elsewhere, it’s just become ridiculous.
I swear this store can’t get it together. Stood there 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged that people were waiting on drinks. Then told us that the espresso machine was broken. Meanwhile one coffee came out in that 10. There was, who I assume, was a manager because she was quick to tell the guy installing a camera that the toilet was broken but she didn’t even appear to notice that almost the entire staff was standing around or the 5 open tickets on the counter when they were doing so. It’s a waste of time 9 times out of 10 going to this location.
It was okay. I did a mobile order. Went through the drive through and they didn’t have 6 of the 9 items I ordered. Everything was replaced and they were nice but they also took a long time. On top of that the guy only gave me half my order and I had to request the rest.
It was pretty busy at the time if my visit. Took some time to even get my order in. The service was decent. Guy said there weren’t any of some of our order when they were there in the display window.
Again I think all that was moreso how many customers there were vs general bad service. I’d go again though
I rarely leave reviews but wow the customer service here has become terrible. There are times when I’m the only person at the drive through when they take my order, and then when I pull up to the window they stare at me and ask again what my order was. Other times they are incredibly slow and inefficient at taking orders and sometimes give me coffee that tastes water-downed.
Great cold brew for the middle of my day to wake up!!!! Along with a chocolate glaze and two coconut donuts definitely a great middle to the day!!!! Thanks for keeping the donuts so fresh and the coffee so strong!!!!
They locked the front door inside 2 hours early and they took forever on my order. It wasn’t even done right. I asked for a mocha iced coffee with extra mocha… I’m sure this is not what It looks like.
Need to REPLENISH the frequently bought doughnuts throughout the mornin! There was about 7 staff members, behind the counter so the doughnut demand was NOT met! Also, the hash browns were horrible! They were very greasy on the outside.
If it’s been like five yrs since u went to Dunkin I suggest u try again. Menu is huge now. My son njoyed his hot n fresh chocolate glazed at 5am! Thanks Dunkin staff .much respect n gratitude .
i ordered a hot mocha, and salted carmel, which was advertised on windows as I walked in….clerk and mgr advised me that salted Carmel wasn’t on menu any longer, so I Ordered 2 hot mochas, and donut holes….mgr asked me if I wanted
Creme and sugar, I said no thanks,
Clerk gave me the box w donut holes and I waited while the mgr made the coffee drink I requested.
The mgr gave me the drinks and I proceeded on with my day….until I tasted the watered down hot chocolate,without the slightest hint of coffee….what a waste of time
