Stopped to grab me a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Cream Cheese and toasted.
It was the worst bagel I ever got there.
I couldn’t believe they thought this bagel looked good. It didn’t taste like they toasted it and very little cream cheese.
I will think twice about getting a bagel there again.

It’s fine. It only gets business because they’re aren’t any other coffee drive thru joints in Waunakee. I ordered a medium latte today. It was immediately handed to me after I paid. It was room temperature. They rushed it and didn’t finish steaming the milk.
My wife recently had an awkward experience too. She went through the drive thru and ordered bagel bites. They rushed her order through, and the staff clapped at the window guy when she received her order. Her food was frozen in the center.
I think they are getting pressure from corporate to lower drive thru ticket times, and it is absolutely showing. Lukewarm coffee and half cooked food shows that you are rushing.

Not only are all the employees simply stupid, they have no respect for any customer that comes in. Drinks and food are almost always made wrong but the slight chance that they are correct, they taste old and unmixed. Finding an entire new staff or just closing down in general may be the best options if this company wants to gain any new clientele.

Quality of food & drink and service is good. But they’ve messed up my mobile order now twice. I pay extra for white cheddar and yet never get it. Its a little frustrating.

The worse coffee maker ever. Please don’t go hear. The place is being worked by obvious drug addicts . Sandwich was thrown in the bag! In fact I basically made the sandwich all they did was put the ingredients in the bag – Coffee wasn’t mixed at all and look unpresentable. Not sure why but very disappointed and will never go there again.

I have been a patron of here for years and to say it’s turned into a hot mess is a kind way to put it. They don’t have enough staff to keep up with the demand. Orders come out wrong and half complete every time. This needs to change or you are losing all your customers.

I went to dunkin and a rat ran across the floor. I almost fell and broke my legs. I am going to sue you. I want a free drink . And a doughnut. Everyday. Please respond asap or I’m contacting my lawyer.

Been here twice in the last week. Each time I ordered my favorite…snakin bacon. And EACH time they were COLD & very obviously GREASY, like they were made 2 hours ago!! My donut was dry and hard. What’s going on Waunakee Dunkin Donuts??? I have always raved about Dunkin Donuts and everywhere else it has been great!! I hope the owner reads this and does some training or something because this location is lacking BIG TIME!! I hate to leave bad reviews but had to in this case
