I’ve picked up donuts on the way to the office a couple of times now. When the drive thru isn’t packed, it’s a quick process. Unfortunately for my last visit it took me 25 minutes of being in line. I really wish they would open the dining area and have assorted donuts prepared for a quick in and out. The employees are always very friendly and the donuts are very good. It cost roughly $13 for a dozen of assorted donuts.

Every time I go to this store I get the worse and worse experience. The staff won’t greet and I just wished happy 4th and instead of wish you the same, the women replied what I want. She started to get my order while on her phone, she dropped her phone- picked it up from the floor and started to pick my donuts. I asked her to wash her hands or wear gloves. She starred at me like I have committed a crime. Every time I go to this store, this happens. I wonder the owner doesn’t care. Not coming back..

Terrible. Everything. The food, the customer service, the wait time for one, single donut. I’m 2 for 2 with a one-star experience. The staff is unpleasant. It’s not rocket science, don’t take a job that requires you to be face-to-face with other people on a regular basis if you can’t even fake a smile. There is no sense of urgency or accuracy. Management needs to re-train or replace ASAP.

Possibly the worst drive thru experience I’ve had. Four cars in line, I was the forth. Ordered 2 coffees. Waited 20 minutes in line to get to the window, only to be given the wrong order. When I told the girl at the window it was the wrong order, she asked what it should have been and said she didn’t have that order. I asked again for 2 coffees, and another worker got involved, asked me a third time what I wanted, then had to brew the coffee. The best thing I can say is the coffee was hot when I got it.
I am a big fan of Dunkin, I hope this was an anomaly. I had never been to that location before, but I’m not in a hurry to try again.

Understaffed and out of everything. The workers are doing their best, but there’s just too few of them. Service is slow and you’ll likely have to settle for your 2nd or 3rd choice on the menu because they always seem to be out of stuff. Hopefully it’s just a temporary problem but it’s been like this for a few months.

It’s donuts and coffee.. it doesn’t get easier. Waited 20 minutes and our order is still wrong. Made the lady in front of us pull out her receipt for a coffee they forgot about to prove she bought it. Rude staff and had no idea what they were doing. Thankfully just here for vacation so probably will never have to come back to this location.

Not the friendliest group. Messed up part of order. Smashed donut together had to throw them away. Ice tea so weak it looked like lemonade. But coffee & hot chocolate were good

Came here from out of town with my family. Thought we could have a good sit down break. Service is horrible and rude. What looked like management was rude to all customers. This store needs to start over with new staff. From the other reviews.. nothing has changed.

I loved this place. Then after school started I couldn’t get it so I decided to go today and the lady was rude and they didn’t even make my drink correctly!!!! Do not go here!!! My drink looks like tea with cold fome SAVE YOUR MONEY and don’t go here!!

Always friendly but they are usually out of something. Not their fault but it does suck. They all need a raise in there lol
