Maple is our favorite , same for the filled donuts and sprinkles as well. We are not fond of their cake batter donuts and in regards of their coffee black is the way to go with the donuts. Tried their latte and other so called specialties coffee and all of them tasted ‘powdery’ and overly sweet. Savory breakfast is decent such as the egg bites with bacon as well as their wrap, both were small, ideal for a fast bite on the run. The staff wasn’t having a great day when we last visited and we had to clean the table and chairs of crumbs, sugar and sticky residues.

So you guys can fill cups from bottom to top and give essentially half cup of coffee, but 4 swallows for someone who doesn’t want ice is to much. A non-ice coffee should make up for all the iced coffee.

I went through the drive thru and was met with a friendly voice coming out of the intercom. I had tried the avocado toast at another Dunkin Donuts location and decided to try this location since I had my urge for one near my house. It was just as good and prepared well.

Drinks were made A LOT better at the one located on 17th and Grand. The service from the manager was , such an indifferent , plain face and attitude that just makes your day . Can you train your employees to do better, pay attention to the portions in the drinks and have a happy face, welcoming attitude!! Please

Went there at 5am, saw 2 large women behind the counter, one with blond hair another with long black hair, i smiled and waved because they supposedly open at 5am, waited until 5:15 but they just looked at me and kept preparing the donuts and ignored me. Either Dunkin doesn’t actually open at 5am, or these ladies are lazy and don’t want to serve people until it becomes busy. Go to Starbucks instead

I love the DD app and freebie promos they have. My only complaint is that every time I order their iced coffee drinks, I get a shower of coffee on my clothes when I take a drink because either the lid is defective or there’s a ring of coffee in the lid. But even after I wipe under the lid, it will still spill out when I take a sip ♀️. The first time I let it go but after the 3rd or 4th time it has happened while I’m on my way to work in my work clothes it was upsetting. Also the iced matcha was not blended well, powdery chunks in the drink still. Sorry don’t mean to complain as I like the majority of their drinks, just mishaps here and there.

My 3 star review is bcoz you guys need to work BETTER on taking the orders right on the drive-thru lately every time I have gone and few mins ago I was just there. I ordered 4 medium decaf coffees and 2 large regular coffees and 1 dozen donuts. Got all mediums regular coffees and as far on the 1 dozen I GOT 1 donut. In other words customer service needs some work done.

Food was terrible! Service was probably the worst I have ever had. I had to repeat order 7 times loudly. It took 20 minutes to service us while standing at the counter while they talked. I was told Cash only or eat somewhere else; kids’ food was overcooked like it was toasted 3 times over, asked for a knife, and that took 10 minutes alone. I ended up 40 minutes at this Dunkin, which is unexpected for a Dunkin Donuts just terrible Service!

There’s this girl who works the drive through who is very rude and always has an attitude. I like coming to dunkin for the breakfast but I hate having the bad customer service from the same worker. She shouldn’t be working the drive through if she’s going to be rude to customers while taking their orders. Besides that all the other workers are friendly.
