The manager needs to be involved I just called and was told there was not manager there. I asked to speak to someone who is in charge and the woman hung up on me. I called back and I asked for a Bavarian cream doughnut. The woman asked around and said thats what they gave me. I said no it is not and she said yes it was. This is not a Bavarian cream doughnut it is a whip cream filled doughnut. They need better management there. Ill be returning these tomorrow to get what I paid for.

I go to this location 3-4 times per week. The main reason is Dominic. He prepares the best Cold Brew Cold Foams ever. He is also extremely friendly and personable. Always a smile and a friendly word makes this my go to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Running special with pumpkin spice cold foam only, said didn’t have regular cold foam. Disappointing. Pumpkin spice cold foam on a macha latte is horrible.

I just started to coming to this Dunkin because it’s convenient & right by my work. Today makes the third time I have gotten a coffee that happened to be a cup full of coffee grinds. And I have bought a donut that must have been sitting out for a while because it was very hard & unappetizing. Disappointed!

I bought a frozen coffee, told him to make sure ice was chopped up good. It wasn’t, the ice blocks it from coming through the straw, then it freeze up. Half of the frozen coffee is now frozen and turned to water. I took it back and all the guy said was, I should’ve told him earlier. I won’t come back here anymore, bad attitude from the worker who I think is the manager

Never ever gave the “stick” for my coffee. Guess they never heard of the lawsuits for burns from hot coffee. I ask everyday snd never do they have them. Yet i see customers behind me n with the sticks.. hmmmmm can you say retirement?
