This is the WORST Dunkin’!! The staff is inept. I have been here multiple times and today was the last straw! 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. UNACCEPTABLE. They weren’t even busy.

We had got a frozen coffee with a vanilla flavor shot and all we know is that it isn’t the normal frozen coffee I am used to getting. It didn’t taste like vanilla it tasted like hazelnut.

I asked for no ice with my ice coffee and was charged $1 for no ice. HOW CAN YOU BE CHARGED FOR NO ICE! SO RIDICULOUS. I was a loyal customer and I’m never going back!

Being that I’m a caregiver I go here to get my client coffee on the days that I work with him myself personally the food that I’ve eaten has been burnt or just undercooked so I don’t buy the food from them anymore but he likes the coffee so I still get it

I always come here. Sometimes I have good service sometimes I have not so good service. But today was the worst. I placed a to go order so I wouldn’t have to strain my voice (I have a sore throat). The young man who initially came to the window was very helpful, but the Nigerian lady who came after him yelled at me and walked away because I was showing her my online order.

No gloves were worn to get my donuts. I asked for a large regular coffee. I get the coffee and it had 4 sugars and 4 creams that I didn’t ask for. I was the only one in line so it wasn’t even busy enough for you to confuse the order with someone else’s. Not a fan of this location (Liberty rd).

The Liberty Rd Dunkin donuts is my go to for my coffee fix. They are VERY consistent with their top notch service.

Everyone is very nice, however my only issue is that they charge more for their snack bacon item than other locations. $3.99 in comparison to $2.49 everywhere else I’ve shopped. They might want to get their bacon from another vendor. LOL
