Can’t count the number of times my order got shorted. YET again, today, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns. YOU know what 2 items are missing. YEAH, YEAH, I know I should ALWAYS check my bag 2 c if they forgot anything…. again. But I just am concerned about all the poor souls in the long line b4 me.

The inside of this location is dirty. The seats and tables are sticky with icing and chocolate. The trash was full to the point of spilling out. They were out of decaf coffee. The employees seemed nice but not trained the best.

Avoid this location at all costs. Sweet tea is never sweet. Everytime I ask for a frozen vanilla coffee, they never put vanilla in. Snackin bacon is never cooked properly. And for a donut place, the donuts are gross

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with Dunkin’ donuts, I pull through the drive thru around 5:45 in the morning, no one was in line I order a simple turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel and pull up to the front and pay. And then wait s and then wait and then see more cars pull up behind me in order. Then after waiting they tell me to drive around to the side because my order is not ready. Meanwhile I see several cars in the drive through drive off with their meals, I see people walk into the store and walk out with food while I’m waiting. A lady comes out and says did you have this order, and it was not mine and gave it to a car behind me. Then she explained that she had lost my ticket and would be right out with my food. How can you lose my ticket if I was the only one in line, the first one in line. Needs to say 10 minutes later I finally got the one sandwich I ordered and was late to work, thank you crew at Dunkin’ donuts

I love this place, but they need to train and retrain employees. Today 8/30/21 I get to my destination and my jelly donuts were just thrown in the bag…not 1 deli sheet…all of the icing was stuck inside the bag. Just horrible that someone would toss your food in a bag and throw napkins top. I have been calling but they won’t answer. Shame on you guys.

Got my drink order wrong but I should have checked sooner than I did.. but the cup wasn’t even filled so I guess whoever ordered this drink would have been disappointed anyway ♀️. The new Bacon sandwich is way too sweet. There’s a smidge of savory in this. It tastes like it soaked in sugar then was covered and baked in more sugar but no savory bacon flavor.

We ordered a half dozen of doughtnut, I got and iced Cappuccino. He got a large coffee with cream. The doughnuts was fresh, we got 2 boston cream, 2apple crunch, 2 glazed.the coffee was the way we ordered them.
