It’s hard to find a DDs with fresh doughnuts and great coffee all on the same visit but this place is it!!! Great service and awesome staff!

Definitely will not be back to this location. The employees were talking bad about drive thru customers loud an in front of customers in the dining area. One girl was at the register taking care of her family or friends. She wasn’t even In uniform once she got them their stuff she walked away and then came back and grabbed some donuts with no gloves bare hands and then left, it was very odd. They didn’t have a good selection of donuts and they were left uncovered and some were left on the counter near the register which is unsanitary. When we got home with our 2 donuts we got they both were stale and tasted like they were old.

The only thing consistent about this company is the prices rising. I buy the same latte every day and every day it taste different. Some days they don’t even use the right ingredients. They Substitute ingredients without even letting you know. Todays latte was so bad it physically made me sick. My days of buying Dunkin’ are done.

At the North Bend Rd No fort Hts location they can’t tell the difference between a chocolate glazed and a cake donut. I was given two cake donuts instead of what I ordered. Never again.

Staff was very friendly and provided fast service. Latte was great, but the sandwhich tasted like chemicals.

Staff was slow & very incompetent… Paid for a bottle of water, given a cup; they asked 4 times what my drink order was even though it was an online order; 5 minutes at the window waiting for a small latte; rude behavior; etc. Ultimately a huge waste of my time, money & effort. Will never come to this location again.

Waited on by who I believe is the manager. Short hair blonde girl. Super friendly and speedy. Everything you could ask for in an employee. Great customer service skills. Watched he deal with what I would have called an anoying customer. Great job keep up the awesomeness ☺️

Out of all the Dunkin Donuts around the area its the best. They always make my coffee correct and never tastes burnt or old. They need to send a district manager there to learn what they are doing right and go show the others in the area the correct way to make coffees.
