Usually frequent this place via drive thru, but it has great coffee drinks and delicious food items to be enjoyed inside as well. Service is always fast and friendly.

Best hot coffee I have ever had in the last 25 yrs of visiting various Dunkin donut locations around the country! Coffee was very fresh, with the perfect cream/sugar we requested. On top of that, we received outstanding customer service.

First of all, since I moved to the neighborhood in February, I came here a lot, and all the other staff have been so nice, I’ve been coming to the store since early February and I haven’t received anything like that since today.
I ordered a latte on the app at 9:00 a.m., and when I got there, they said only the drive-thru was open, and I live nearby so I walked. As I called, the female employee kept asking me what my name was, so I replied several times, she suddenly yelled that I was being rude. I was really confused, and then she yelled that they didn’t have my order. I told her my app said the order was ready ten minutes ago. She yelled at me again for being rude and threatened me with “You want your stuff or not?” Finally they told me to bring it to me and hung up. I waited at the door while several other customers checked in and left. I didn’t get my coffee in the end. When I went back at 11:30 and I got my coffee. The woman who answered the door was the one who yelled at me, chewing gum and asking my name. When I answered, she rolled her eyes at me and said, uhh you left. Your staff need some manners, especially this young black woman with the Braid and braces.

I bought a coffee today 7/15/2022 at 6AM and it is too much cream and I asked to add little more coffee. But she asked me to buy a another one and paid for another coffee. Paying again is not an issue but spoiling the day’s freshness is bad. I hope that they know why we are coming to Dunkin again and again.

The donuts are great! But they often run out of inventory by the end of the day (to be expected).
Usually pretty fast service. Can take a while if the lines inside or in drive thru are long. Popular location here.
Clean and modern look. Bathroom, USB ports and electrical outlets, and indoor/outdoor seating. Employees are generally friendly.
I recommend trying their frozen coffee. Delish!

I love Irvine but I hate the customer service! I asked for an extra scoop and made sure they didn’t forget and I was lied to. I really don’t think you appreciate your customers. But thanks for a watered down drink.
