Today I ordered a cup of ice and got water, I told them that I ordered a cup of ice and they gave me the cup of ice, (I didn’t think much of it, because I thought they were busy, but in all actuality they didn’t have a lot of customers). I also ordered a croissant bacon egg and cheese which it said on the order but when I opened it, it was a bagel bacon egg and cheese, now I don’t know what the staff there was doing but, it sounded like they were playing around. And I have photos.

Specifically went to this one nearby because of the 4.0 rating wow how that can be must be based on high ratings from a year ago because my sweet black pepper everything bagel was microwaved, bagels are just supposed to be toasted and then you make the sandwich obviously they had cold food they wanted to make it to make it look fresh cuz it’s piping hot but the microwave kills the bagel too hot and then as it cools it gets hard as a rock I will never come to this location again.
I know it’s hard to find good Dunkin’s they are out there but not as many as we would all like I’m sure.. that’s where they fall short they’re not all operated the same with the same quality I’m sure we’ve all had the issues with our coffee coming out way too light or not tasting at all what we normally get anyways on to the next one I only have a couple that are on my favorite list but I’m not always in those locations.
On a side note for a few extra bucks and you don’t want Starbucks and you’re in the Orlando area look up foxtail coffee I’ve been really impressed with what they’re doing there!!!

Opens at 4am. Can’t go inside, she’s only one person, and rude about it. Wanted a bag of coffee. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Never again.

I walked into the store and went straight to the bathroom. No one in site. Heard talking in the kitchen. Used the bath. Finished and walked to the counter and stood there for a few and no one came out of the kitchen. So I walked out.

Don’t be fooled by the 4.1 rating… this place is understaffed, has less product than the majority of other Dunkin’ donuts and the employees have a look on their face like they do not want to be there.
Waited in line for 20 minutes behind 2 people… No sense of urgency from the 2 or 3 employees that were working there at the time.

Place was some kind of okay..outside windows seem to have been forgotten to be cleaned up..they need to be washed up. Other than that the place is okay…good coffee and friendly service. Baskin Robbins is NOT open to the public..it’s closed

This is the worst Dunkin ever. I literally had an online order and I waited over an hour just for them to cancel the order because “they didn’t have any donuts”. What kind of Dunkin Donuts does not have any donuts? And the worst part is that they did not even contact me or anything, they just cancelled it. Horrible service.

Dunkin coffee is not what it used to be. Since they stopped brewing in the smaller pots with a 20 minute standard to the large urn method they use now. Their coffee is often bitter and even if you happen to get a freshly brewed cup it will turn bitter before you finish it. Also I have many times witnessed the urn drained and a new brew started without even a rinse.

Not what I expected . They charge extra for almond milk if you substitute for cream. They will give you as much sugar and cream as you want. Not sure why almond milk in my 2 coffees cost $1.
