I’ve never been a fan of this place. I always thought the donuts were dry and seemed old even early in the morning. I once got a breakfast sandwich that was a sausage slapped on a raw english muffin. But the last time I went will be the last time I ever go. I can see why they finally just took the “donuts” part off the name. Terrible, small, and over priced. The girl at the drive thru had no customer service skills either, or she just didn’t care to use them. Maybe the coffee is good? But I doubt it makes up for what is lacking.

This Dunkin location is never open when it’s supposed to be. I just drive 20 minutes across town to get breakfast from Dunkin and they have signs up stating that they weren’t going to open until 6:30am. How about you change your hours online and on your doors to match the actual times you do business.

My 9 yr old grandson took me here for Mother’s Day. Rachel took our order. She went above and beyond for us, even going to the back to see if she could get a donut that wasn’t out yet. This is a great Dunkin shop!

Not too many varieties.. Asked for white cream filled donuts.. Had NONE. Said, it was all gone by about 11am. Why can’t they make more of those, when the rest of the loser donuts were sitting there, dozens, with nobody buying them. Poor management. Without coupons, it’s an expensive deal.

Inside was clean but it felt like staff did not want to be there. We walk in with our 16month old baby and nobody came to the counter to greet, no smile, no acknowledgement nor had 2sec to say hi to my baby and My baby was trying to wave at them but they just did not care. It was painful to see how “miserable” they were working at the DD.

I order off of Uber Eats from this location if I stop I stop at the one on Gibson which they are fabulous!
This location is the worst location every time I order food from them it is delivered to me burnt The hashbrowns are almost all black, my croissant was so overdone it was hard as a rock and not even edible, and my bagel was barely even toasted. Also tried to call twice and no one even answers the phone

Love the people working here, they do mess up the order sometimes. I still go there and 95% of the times everything is on point.
