Ridiculous how they can’t get the order of 4 old fashioned doughnuts correct. You literally just look at the doughnuts and select the ones that are ordered. They have gotten my order wrong twice. Need new employees that knows the difference in doughnuts. If I could do zero stars I would. And then this was my bacon egg and cheese bagel

This is the best place within walking distance of the Days Inn that we stayed at last night. It’s way cleaner and the staff is way less creepy too. Dunuts were fresh, and drinks were exactly what we wanted. The only reason we would never return is that my family and I are just passing through on our way to our son’s out of state wedding.

The morning crew is good. Orders come out correctly and promptly. They have no problem understanding the. They’re cheerful and polite. All in all you get your order and it’s correct and the experience is pleasant.

Never in 30+ years of being a Dunkin’s customer have I ever been told that a “regular” coffee is black but with this “make it simpler for the customers” routine maybe so. Even then, my coffee tasted like the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned and never mind that I asked for 6 sugars and didn’t even taste like there was any in it. I’ll keep going to my local drive thru instead of this store, as my drive thru always gets my coffee perfect.

Tried to take in a reusable cup and the manager was so rude and said she wouldn’t use it cause it’s a health code violation. Looked it up on Dunkin’s website and they even encourage you to bring your own cup.

The taste of every food product and coffee is so bland, poor customer service in the afternoon. But hey maybe the manager needs to hire more people

Extremely rude employees including the manager and this isn’t from one experience. Every time and almost every day I go there because of the convenience on my route but no longer. A lot of people order online for pick up because like myself I don’t have 20 min to wait in line because service is so slow. You don’t know if the doors will be locked or not so multiple times I have had to skip my drink with no refund and they clearly don’t care about your experience and for most people that go through in the morning this is our first interaction with someone for the day.

I ordered a large matcha tea from dunkin with no ice and they gave me the drink in a large cup but it was a medium amount of tea . I went in and asked why it wasn’t filled all the way and they said it’s bc there’s no ice . But it was a while size down and just because I get no ice I can’t get it filled all the way when I paid for it? They employees were super rude as well
