I really needed a coffee today since I have a newborn baby and a toddler at home. I had a big order so I was worried they would get annoyed with me but when I got to the window I was greeted by Alyssa who was so sweet and patient. She said she was new at the job and we talked a little while I waited for my food. She was so sweet and I’ve never had someone at a drive thru line talk to me so friendly! The girl who was working with Alyssa was also just as kind and asked Me if I liked my coffee! This is the best Dunkin in Tampa by far. I couldn’t be happier.

Just walked out. The experience was less than up to par. Not horrific. But not great!
You walk in and the atmosphere is cold. No one greets you. You then walk up to the counter only to see the 2 registers to order are closed and they are only using the pick up window. Away from the cold drinks and the donuts. I was greet with a cold “can I help you” and to be honest I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or not. I was there with my 2 young children. After finally getting my order in they drop 3 boxes down in front of me and send me on my way. Mind you. We got 3 drinks and 3 boxes. I have 2 young children who rely on holding my hand to cross the street. I felt like common sense would say to bag the items up. Common sense isn’t as common as I thought and I’ll take blame for assuming that. But if you dislike your job or people. Then do something else. Don’t be the first energy some people see and it be a negative one. Do better. Simple.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in Tampa. They handled my mobile orders perfectly, but ordering at the drive-thru window is smooth and stress free! Special shout out to the early Sunday morning team! You guys are great. Thank you!

I stopped in last Saturday afternoon. Two cars in the drive through so I walked inside. Two people working. I waited at the counter for service. (Still waiting.) One person walked over and turned her back to me to scroll her phone, which was laying on the counter across from the register, next to the doughnuts. Then she walked away. I waited a few more minutes. She returned and scrolled her phone again. Never looked at me, never acknowledged me. She walked away again. I left & went Krispy Cream on Kennedy. Thoroughly enjoyed the doughnuts AND the polite, friendly SERVICE I received there.

Beware of this Dunkin! I’ve never seen a Dunkin Donuts with such a nasty staff. The workers are extremely rude and there is a big white lady that says the n word! I don’t know why Dunkin is okay with this kind of racism in their store it’s truly disgusting. The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched!! I felt so uncomfortable there and really don’t recommend this location.

At this point, why is this location even still open? If you go in, you have to order over by the pick-up window where they take drive thru orders. They are always out of EVERYTHING, if they even have it to begin with. I always see advertisements for different coffees and donuts and they never have any of it. This place has gone down so much since it first open.

This one of the worse locations in Tampa ever. They will literally stand there and ignore you no fail every time. They need new workers and managers because this whole location is a fail.

Highly upset at the management in this location. I always go to this location cause it is near my home. I decided to go today because my kids love donuts. As I approached to place my order through the drive through when I went to ask if there was butter pecan iced coffee the response that I received was a yell ‘ it’s out of season’ mind you I am not one to complain but this was the second time I’ve gone there that I’ve had the same issue were it seems to be like the location is all out of control. I got out of the car to speak to the manager ( AMANDA ) out of control individual. As I went to the find out who spoke to me like that through the drive through it so happen to be her. She was so rude and expected me to not defend myself. She went as far as taking off her head set to jump over the counter and screaming how she didn’t care to lose her job. Very unprofessional. But I made sure that I complained and found out all the details about this individual. I took a photo of the drink I wanted which is clearly on the menu and no sticker saying they no longer have it. Me as a customer does not know that and if it was spoken in a different manner I’d respect. But I didn’t get that vibe from her. Point is she is not doing her Job. She also found it extremely funny to gather all her employees and wave at me with a smile on her their face as if it was a joke to treat a customer like that. Very unprofessional of her.

The lady who takes the orders in the morning is a rock star. She is about her business and ain’t there to waste time. Quick and efficient work ethic!! I never have to wait long for my order.
