A good place to get breakfast, coffee, or a snack
This store is located on the north side of Fletcher Avenue just to the West of I-75 by about 200 yards. It is a stand-alone building with about 30 parking spaces on the east side of the restaurant. There is a drive-through if you are on the go or a lobby for the dine-in crowd. The entrance is on the East side of the building and the counter is directly in front of the door. You order at the counter and pay. When your food is ready, they will call you to pick it up. There is a lobby with a few tables and chairs but not many. There are a set of tables on the outside to the north of the restaurant and close to the main road. I believe that the majority of people coming into the store get their orders to-go. We ordered Breakfast croissants and tea. The staff was pleasant and the location was relatively clean. The prices were reasonable and the food came out relatively quickly with only two staff members working the counter and the window. The sandwiches were very good. I would visit this place again and recommend it to my fellow travelers.

I usually don’t leave five stars but my experience here was simply amazing Elijah who works here made it amazing!! He simply went above and beyond. I’m very friendly care about how my order was made. And he did it all with a smile and an amazing attitude! My cappuccino blast was freaking awesome!! He knows what he is doing and does it well. When I came back to reorder he remembered what I wanted and took care of me! This location is more than worth coming out to especially when he is here!! I hope corporate and shows him a little recognition. This location / Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins he’s a great asset to the company and you should hold dear and value to him cuz he makes this location amazing and a great experience for any customer that comes here kudos to him and I hope to see him every time I come thank you Elijah for a little amazing experience at this location!!❤️❤️

If I can give this place a 1/2 star, I would because the customer service was horrible and the public safety was even worse. The person at the window and the manager, as well as the people behind the counter, did not want to wash their hands when messing with the ice cream nor the food. One lady was digging at her butt and when I asked to please wash her hands, she did not want to wash her hands plus she asked why. Then the manager tried to justify why it would be ok for her not to wash her hands and still pack my ice cream. Even in today’s crisis, people are still so nasty when fixing and serving your food. I took my $$ down the street to Starbucks. This place is a Health Hazzard and should be shut down. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Excellent options on the morning buffet. Depending on what time you arrive, the mornings are typically not too busy. There is a lot of seating within the store and even some outside, and everything is always clean and organized. Excellent coffee and cappuccino are available. The tastiest cake-style doughnuts are available there. When I was younger, I recall going on the weekends with my dad. I’d give this store my highest recommendation to others.

I go to DD everyday! Coffee was great with one exception, we ordered XL hot coffee and they put the same amount as a large coffee instead of filling the cup… Traveling today and had to use the bathroom, I had to hand tighten the toilet seat so I could go… I go to DD because I trust the cleanliness and uniformity of the Dunkin name wherever I travel… little details are important when you travel away from home… DD is still the Best Coffee!!!

This Dunkin Donuts is consistently slow. Might be the the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I don’t think you can even call this place “fast food” because it’s so slow. Wasted a whole lunch break here once waiting in line in the drive through and haven’t been back since.

The most disorganized business ever. They will make you late expect to wait 40 minutes for coffee. Everytime I’ve been there they have horrible attitudes and take way longer than needed, this owner should have his franchise taken by corporate he is horrible for the brand. The owner obviously doesn’t care stay away.

Wish I got her name but the young lady who was working drive through when I stopped by was super friendly!!! I was by today at 4. She helped me pick a drink and was very sweet.

I actually really love this dunkin. The other ones in New Tampa aren’t that great but so far everytime I’ve come donuts are fresh and so is the coffee.
