Toasted Bagel “with cream cheese”. This is one of the worst DD I’ve been to. Coffee is usually subpar or terrible, service is slow, and then you have this. I wish CLE had more options because this ain’t it.

Ordered 1 hot coffee and 2 iced- all three coffees were incorrect. Employee that wasn’t at the front when I ordered yelled at me that I didn’t say what I wanted correctly. Then proceeded to talk about how I don’t know how to order coffee. This said employee is not qualified or mentally fit to serve coffee or interact with the public.
Customer behind me questioned her coffee and was told by the same employee “ that’s what she gets”. Customer said “I should’ve got Starbucks” the same employee stated “F**** Starbucks, they don’t have s****”.
Then I see the same employee eating in between serving customers. Gross!!!
The 2 employees today 5/9 at 11:47am are the poster children for laziness, uneducated, and worthless.

Bacon egg and cheese croissant was the worst I’ve ever had, by far. Employees goofing off being loud and obnoxious, very unprofessional, and unfriendly. Do better CLE Dunkin.

Place didn’t have cheese and then didn’t even discount the already over priced sandwiches. Very upset because they charge extra if you want more but won’t discount what they don’t have. Shame!!!

Waited 5 mins and asked for a macchiato. Lady working the cash register seemed like she didn’t have an interest and didn’t really pay attention while I was ordering, having me repeat the order. When getting my order, I realized they gave me an americano which had finger print marks on the lid and cup and was so hot that I had to request a second cup to hold it.

The worst customer service! Took 15+ minutes to get a bagel w cream cheese.

Wife and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches about 45 minutes. We waited for 32 minutes, and at that point asked for our money back.
Not only did they not care, they then made us wait back in line to get a refund. While my wife waited for a wound I was able to walk to chick filet ten feet away, wait in a much longer line, order abs get my food before my wife even got refunded.
Not a single person working at dunkin doughnuts had a mask on, much less a clue what they were doing, or the fact multiple people were furious and asking for refunds.

Fast and delicious, the coffee doesn’t taste quite like they make it in they’re regular stores but the donuts and donut holes are delicious.

Donuts were not in the display rack, giving the impression they were all out, then recieved the wrong donuts as the gentleman at the counter had no idea what an old fashion donut was. I will never purchase from there again….

If I could use 0 stars I would….Worst experience of any coffee shop. Employees are rude and extremely lazy. They never have exactly what you want. Over priced for under average food….. CLE needs to address some issues to say the least. There is a Brueggers Bagels across the hall and I would highly recommend them instead.
